I want to Thank Gerald Kia

I want to Thank Gerald Kia, the experience I had was phenomenal. First of all I received a call from Victor and explained my situation, he assured me they would be able to assist. I showed up was greeted by Sergio and he got everything in motion. I will most definitely recommend Gerald Kia for you next car purchase. Hands down a great experience. If all transactions could only be this way!

I had a real great experience over the…

I had a real great experience over the phone talking with Marcela… she answered every question that I was looking for very polite, very professional and very friendly over the phone not rushing me listening to what I had to say and her opinion meant a lot to me ….thank you for the phone call and thank you for allowing me to have a great experience.

God blessed me with a new SUV I’m over…

God blessed me with a new SUV I'm over joyed with happiness and Chris was extremely good to me he is my angel from heaven he made sure he helped me get out of my old broken down car into something new my first time in life thank you so much. They was awesome at what they do here at Chevy. The staff was kind and helpful with all smiles. It felt warm and welcoming.

I enjoyed the visit

I enjoyed the visit. I didn’t think I would be able to get a car with the trade in I had but they found a way to make it work and I’m satisfied .

Victor was the first point of contact

Victor was the first point of contact. He was helpful and didn’t give up until I went to a scheduled appointment.

At first, I didn't find any interest in going on with the deal. However, they came through. He was persistent, and then at the end of the day I felt like he was trying to make the deal work for me, and not just for the company. Job well done
