I paid for a flat iron and a comb, and shipping altogether it came to $46.97, I got the comb, no flat iron this has been since March 17th is when I place the order I have email the company and Ms. Liz send me a shipping itinerary, that was on March 22, it now April 5 and the shipping keep saying the same thing.She's deleting my email messages. How do I get my money or my flat iron, it's now April 8 and still nothing. This company has stolen my money.and still continues to delete all my messages.I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Before anyone buys anything, always check.Reviews on the company that you are purchasing from I'm out of forty six dollars if I could rate them a zero I would. very very sad. I finally got my flat iron today, but I won't be ordering from them no more, I hope it work like they advertising, what i got out of this whole thing is to look at the reviews, before making a purchase thank you God is Good

We ordered a set of silicone dentures. We got a small rubber strip of fake gums and teeth. So cheap it looks like Halloween rubbish! The video shows people with no teeth popping dentures in that can bite through apples etc. Looked too good to be true! FAKE AI VIDEO. CHEAP RUBBISH. SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I should have guessed that this Lenovogo online store would be a scam-based sale of crap and all sorts of trinkets to gullible customers who are easy to fool and make believe that they would actually order something similar to the product on the online sales site, but nothing could be further from the truth and in fact they get something completely different from what is advertised on this site. This online sales site sells cheap crap that does not correspond at all in quality or in any of its features to the product that the sales ad claims to be. In my case, I unfortunately bought a denture set from this scam online sales site that looked relatively high quality in the picture on the site and gave the impression that the product in question would provide at least a temporary aesthetically working solution for quickly improving the appearance of teeth and a smile, but when I got the package to my home and opened it, I noticed that the denture set did not correspond at all to what was shown in the pictures on the sales site. First of all, the size a set of teeth with separate upper and lower rows of teeth, i.e. two pieces, the material in these was very cheap-looking plastic and, contrary to what was given in the pictures, the product did not represent a real high-quality denture set but instead, wrapped inside the plastic, the package contained two plastic strips made of cheap plastic material depicting teeth that do not even look remotely like real teeth and I do not believe that the strips in question will stay or even look in the mouth as the sales announcement had implied because they are completely plastic-like white in color, unlike what real teeth look like. In addition, this package came with some small granules made of some plastic material that are presumably used to attach the product to your own teeth, i.e. in a completely different way than what was claimed in the product sales announcement. To top it all off, this package in question has a picture of dentures on the outside that do not correspond in any way to these plastic strips found in the package, so all in all I am very disappointed with this product and I think it does not correspond at all to what was described in the sales announcement about the product and what I thought I was ordering and I feel cheated by these crappy sellers. I do not think it is even worth returning the product, also because it arrived all the way (suprise) from china! considering that the terms of sale of the online store in question state that the customer will have to pay for the return shipping of the product in addition to all the financial loss and disappointment with the product, so it is worth avoiding the online store in question if you do not want to be cheated and deceived.

Terrible!! They showed a beautiful stained glass dog lamp and I got a cheap plastic thing with sloppy neon spray paint colors it looked even worse when lit up.

The pants I ordered had a broken zipper. I reached out to customer service right away with a photo and they said I could keep them, give them to a friend or exchange them but I would incur additional shipping and handling costs. This is unacceptable because the product was defective when I received it. Their response did not match their own company policy which says If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. My only option without incurring additional fees is to keep the product and receive a partial credit of $14. The cost of the pants including shipping was $42. I guess I can try and pay to get the zipper fixed that was broken when I received the product. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

Would give 0 stars if was an option. Ordered 3 dresses, waited 3 weeks, saw tracking was from China! This is not local dress shop. Operates OUT of China. Recieved 3 horrendous items, wouldn't call them dresses...my 9 year old niece could have sow them better. Do not resemble anything I ordered. So transparent you can spit through the one. Return at my cost of course..to China. Unreal scammers! Going after them legally for my money!

Item was a piece of c..... Do not buy anything from this company. I wish i had read the reviews before I purchased my item. It was a cheap knock off of a better item. It is now on its way to the dump.

I placed my order 7 weeks ago. I have emailed them several times. They finally told me last week that my order shipped. When I asked for tracking information they offered a full refund. Do not buy anything from this store!!

Customer service is horrible - I kept emailing them about my order with no response - I ended up reporting them to a company that handles that stuff. I also contacted my payment company and reported them. They are going to try and contact them.

They sent a swim romper labeled size S (which I ordered) that should have been labeled an XXL. Ridiculously huge on me. Horrible customer service refused me a pre-paid return label, even with pictures of how oversized the item is. Even if item had been correctly sized, the material is cheap and the color is off! Horrible. Do not waste your money!!!

False advertising. I ordered a woodworking square labeled as Woodpecker which is a very good brand. it is a cheap square with plastic parts and it is nothing like a Woodpecker.

They advertise a a shearling sheep skin jacket. What you get is a very cheap imitation faux fur windbreaker! After contacting Lenovogo about the disappointing product, they offered a very small refund.

This is my 6th purchase from them. I have full confidence in their products and services and I am a loyal customer. Shipping and delivery was exceptionally fast and I am very happy with my purchase.

My shopping experience with Lenovogo was been great. Great variety of products and an easy to navigate site. It's a good place to buy something.

Paid for my order, never received order. Cannot locate their website - because server can’t be found. I think they went out of business- after they took my money.

Wouldn’t recommend the backless wire bra. Doesn’t work like the videos, you can see the odd shape under your clothes and it’s uncomfortable. This company make you pay for return shipping and then take a further 20% “restocking fee” (that’s even if they agree to refund) so it’s not even worth it. It’s really frustrating that companies can sell you items that don’t work and then not compensate you for it.
