False claims of defemation and trying delete my review
I ordered glasses with them. Returned them and sadly never got my refund. Kindly asked the customer support to check the case, because those were not cheap. Sadly, they informed me again that no money will be refunded as they did not received my glasses.
I raised chargeback with my bank, they contacted Lentiamo.ie and they agreed that glasses were returned and my money was refunded.
But why you had me go through all that if you could've just simply avoid all the hassle?
Now the company is trying to remove my review, stating that this is a defamation. Sure, should I upload all my documents to proof that you are lying?

As was discussed with you over email, we've never received one pair of glasses back from you. It took us a long time to investigate and we unfortunately weren't able to process the full refund immediately upon your request, since half of the return was missing. I hope you understand, that there are certain procedures, that have to be done in this case.
We understand your concerns, and we want to assure you that our goal is to resolve every issue fairly and efficiently. Investigating with the courier can sometimes take time, and we appreciate your patience during this process. As the chargeback was initiated with your bank before we received a response from the courier, we proceeded with issuing the refund to ensure the matter was addressed promptly.

Lenses would not stay in eyes
Extremely disappointed with the coloured lenses. Throughout all the times I have used coloured lenses I have never found such issues in using/wearing them as with Lentiamo lenses. I was very pleased with the service and delivery however no matter how much I tried, the lenses would not fit and stay in my eyes. Followed the instructions to the letter but to no avail. I have never had this issue with other lenses of different brands and I cannot understand what the problem was. I couldn't use them at all and have to say I am extremely disappointed I did not get to wear them.

For me, the most important reasons to choose where to buy my contact lenses are price and reliability. Not only were Lentiamo the cheapest seller ( I bought a 3 month box of Total Dailies Multi-Focal for €99) they also shipped DHL for free so they arrived within 2-3 days . Great experience !
