Not a trustworthy experience.
We do not recommend working with this Host. He initiated a chargeback, claiming to have requested a refund months ago — yet no such request was ever made.
We reached out to clarify the situation, and our emails were read, but he proceeded to change all of his contact details afterward.
Unfortunately, this behavior raises serious concerns about honesty and integrity.

We ask that you refrain from spamming our community and violating the rules. Continuing with this behavior will only waste more time for everyone involved.
And yes, we updated our information on your website because we are concerned about the security of our information after the spam you caused in our community and the hate you've shown us. Our priority is maintaining the safety and integrity of our business and data, especially in light of these actions.
Additionally, please stop sending threatening emails. We will not be replying to them, and every email you send will be treated accordingly. We’ve also found that you are running a hosting company, which raises concerns about your intentions. Please be cautious in your actions moving forward.
