I lost £400 in one day with hardly any wins and when I put bigger money on a number it would go time x50 and most of the time land right next to my number and i can tell its fixed even though its live its a complete rip off. It's not an experience I ever want to go through again as I could tell it was fixed more than I thought would be possible.

Hello Carl,
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling that your win-to-loss ratio is poor. I understand how frustrating it is when it feels like you're not getting any wins.
Please be assured that all our games use a certified **Random Number Generator (RNG)**. This means every single outcome is completely random and fair, and we have no control over who wins or loses.
If gaming is becoming frustrating, we strongly recommend visiting our **Safer Gambling** section to set tools like Deposit Limits. This can help you stay in control and ensure your experience remains entertaining.
Kind regards, LeoVegas
I would urge anybody to avoid this…
I would urge anybody to avoid this online casino. I fully appreciate that they have to be regulated and compliant with the UK Gambling Commission, but please be wary of this online casino. I never lost a penny on this site and actually won small amounts of money. The casino did not really seem to like this and did a full review of my account and then suspended my account. No real valid reason used, so please think carefully before you use this online casino. If you have a good win, don't be surprised if they suspend your account for no apparent reason. Be careful folks, that is all I am saying.

Hello Graham,
I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you felt your account was suspended unfairly. I can certainly understand why that would be frustrating, especially after a win. What you did not mention was why your account was suspended.
I want to assure you that we absolutely do not suspend accounts because a player wins. As a fully licensed and regulated operator in the UK, account reviews and temporary suspensions are a mandatory part of our regulatory obligations. These are conducted to ensure player protection, prevent fraud, and comply with strict anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
Such checks can sometimes be triggered by significant activity or withdrawals, and while we understand they can be inconvenient, they are essential for maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for all our players. Our aim is always to complete these essential verifications as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
Please be aware that I have sent you an internal request through Trustpilot for me to be able to contact you directly and to be in a position to handle your concerns.
Kind regards, LeoVegas
