Hi, I’m 62 years old and just retired. I consider myself reasonably fit for my age. I love your body pump class 101. It is all very low impact.
There is a gap in the mark for body pump classes for older people that don’t want to do lunges on the step or other types of cardio.
Can you please consider.

Absolutely love Les Mills app. It is so useful when I can't get to the gym. And the style of filming makes me feel like I am in the room with the instructors. My fav is Raech who is always entertaining and just an awesome instructor.

Always like doing the old workouts

LMoD is simple to access, I use the app from an AMZ Firestick. Tutorials allow you to try new workouts and learn at your own pace, while the workouts and instructors push you to new levels. Lots of content and regular new workouts provide challenges and maintain your interest and prevent boredom, all for a reasonable price.

I really like working out this way, at home with motivating workouts.
My favourite ones are Bodypump, Grit and Core. But I also have tried Tone,Streching, Pilates...
It is so good to have so many options.
There is something that I would consider useful is that the monitors said what weight they are using to give us an idea.
Also, I like the workouts, but in Bodypump I find more motivating some older workouts. Pump 110,114, 108, 117 and many more are great... But last 119 or 120 I don't feel they have that energy.

The exercises are very good and professional. There is huge variety of classes which is great. Sometimes it is a bit overwhelming though. For example, which body pump class to choose. If you switch between editions maybe you don't get the most benefit? Fascia would be a great addition!

I can work out at my convenience at home. Fun and hard work outs which I love. Great instructors and fun to watch

Excellent choice of workouts lots of variety and great presenters. You can do 20 mins or an hour, high or low impact. Good value for money too. Definitely recommended.

I find the workouts fun, but I can only do the ones that don't require co-ordination, I love the cycle workouts best, but also love bodypump, bodybalance and some of the trainer workouts. I love that you can do short or long workouts to suit your schedule. The only complaint I have is that the smart bars are not very good, my clips don't work very well which would be fine if they were cheap but they were expensive.

I love the combat workouts, the music, the instructors, the energy

So many workouts to choose from to suit all levels. Easy website to use. Really good value for money. Particularly love “The Trip”. A great way to do an indoor cycle.

Best thing I ever did - taking out online membership to Les Mills.
I’d done various releases BodyBalance body pump in gyms over the years, but when lockdown hit of course, like everybody, I was exercising in my front room.

It was only then I appreciated the quality of the teaching. It really pushes through the screen. The instructors include you in their energy and enthusiasm and expertise. I have recommended Les Mills to many of my friends, not only because of the reasons stated above but because it’s very very good value for money. With hundreds of classes in all sorts of disciplines that you got a find something that you like.

I do BodyPump everyday and I love the energy of the trainers. I also love combining my favourite tracks and enjoying the process. Would definitely recommend !

I love body combat + pump. But I am a fan of old time body combat, my favourite being bc61. I'd like to have more of the earlier ones available on demand.
