They helped me throughout the entire process which was not a straight forward one. I had to change the name on the mortgage offer after receiving and then the chain broke after months of waiting and we had to find another property which was very stressful but Ashley, James and Helen were amazing and gave me the peace of mind and sorted out everything for me.
