Helaas moeten wij één ster geven, maar hetzelfde verhaal 11 december is de Philips televisie opgehaald en vandaag geconstateerd dat Letmerepair in Hasselt, niet meer bestaat, ook via Bol.com gekocht en de Partner van Bol.com (Elektro Market) Zwijgt in alle talen, garantie hebben we nog op het toestel, maar waar is de televisie gebleven?

vor einiger Zeit fiel meine obige watch fit 3 auf den Boden.Egebnis:glas zerstört,wer kann das reparieren?über den support von huawei erhielt ich eine adresse in brandenburg letmerepair.Nach einigem hin und her dann ein qr code für die einsendung der reparatur: 25 € kostenpauschale für den check,die später auf den reparaturpreis angerechnet werden sollte:

-nach ein paar tagen dann der reparaturvorschlag:192 € für eine uhr,die mich neu 150 € kostete,deren aktueller preis gegenwärtig bei 129 € liegt.diesen preis kann ich nur als methode verstehen,heißt für mich, dass das interesse an einer reparatur gleich null war,istO.Geschäftsmodell: Pauschalkosten + überhöhte Nachnahme =Gewinn

-dann die aufforderung "Preis akzeptieren und reparieren oder Rückführung oder eEtsorgung".Entschied mich für Rückführung incl. 25€ pauschale + nachnahme 10€.

-interessant noch zu erwähnen,dass kurz nach meiner Entscheidung zur Rückführung,die reparaturrechnung gelöscht war.

Fazit: anhand der obigen "leistung" überlasse ich es dem interessierten leser zu entscheiden,seriöses betriebliches geschäftsgebaren oder primitive abzocke.

ps:leider habe ich die vielen negativen bewertungen,in der freude überhaupt jemanden zu finden,der vermeintlich repariert, zu spät recherchiert.

Absolutely diabolical service

Absolutely diabolical service. Twice returned a Philips item for repair, both times sent back to me still not working and damaged. Couldn't contact Philips, LetMeRepair were useless. Will never buy Philips product again. Their repair service needs to be looked at very seriously, never been treated so shabbily. Thank goodness for Amazon who will refund me for the Philips Water Station which stopped working after 7 months.

1 ster is eigenlijk nog teveel. Op 22 november is onze televisie opgehaald voor reparatie. Dit bedrijf is via de verkopende partij van de televisie van Bol.com geregeld.
Na weken wachten en 0 reactie op mijn mails aan let me repair, telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Hoor ik nu dat ze failliet zijn. Oke... hoe nu verder? TV kwijt? Ik heb er een heel hard hoofd in...

Nichts zu bemängeln

Mein Monitor ging innerhalb von 30 Tagen kaputt (White Screen of death). Samsung hat diese Firma beauftragt, kurzes Gespräch und die Techniker wussten was los ist. Alles bestellt, hier vor Ort ausgetauscht. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln, der Techniker war auch nett.

New device costs 449 & repair cost 585 Fraudulent company !!!

I contacted Asus they asked em to send my device to Let me Repair
Now Asking me to pay 585 pounds for a repair after bois update it never turned on after Republican Gamer logo
Sent for so called extended warranty repair
but i got trapped into that
they asking em to pay for repair or 45 pounds for the return
they made up so many issues when i know it worked perfectly fine before that after restarting it never turned on
the rating LetmeReair got is 2 star on google and trustpilot under 2 star
how can Asus trust 3rd party repair center so blindly with such ratings ?
please avoid sending any advice to letmerepair , even a tiny bit of mark or scratch on your case they will refuse under warranty
they will find every reason to make you pay !

oh great,
yet another auto generated email that means nothing. You said this a couple of weeks ago and didn't even have the part in .. As for Asus and their support line, i'm lost for words, but utterly atrocious may work ! they can't be bothered to get involved or help whatsoever. so far you've had this laptop for a month or so and sent it back "repaired" but still faulty. This time you've had it just over 6 weeks and seem to be getting nowhere. I can only assume that your email is because Asus contacted you after i emailed them yet again, shame they won't actually respond themselves but that would involve actually doing something about my complaints and correspondence rather than ignoring them . The service overall has been so poor and time consuming i've had to buy another PC just so i can continue to work. Never ever again will i get involved with Asus, I wouldn't wish this level of abysmal service and customer support on anyone. Let me repair has 847 reviews and only a total of 1.7 / 5 and Asus is even worse with 1.5 /5 after 2223 reviews...I'm surprised you're all still in business because you certainly don't deserve to be !

Bizar bedrijf

Bizar bedrijf. Hebben een reparatie een maand uitgesteld, zijn na een maand langs gekomen om te constateren dat er een nieuw onderdeel moet komen en ze die moeten gaan bestellen.
Vervolgens niks van zich laten horen na meerdere mailtjes van me voor bijna een maand lang, om vervolgens leuk te melden dat het dossier 'gesloten' is en 'dat ik via Samsung een nieuwe aanvraag moet indienen'. Wat een grap is dit, we zijn nu bijna 2 maanden verder.

Vreselijk bedrijf. Plannen afspraak in maar komen niet langs. Totaal onbereikbaar, telefonisch staan er standaar acht mensen in de wachrij voor jou (en dit verandert niet), op mails antwoorden ze niet.

Wat een slecht bedrijf

Wat een slecht bedrijf! Ik ben echt boos!

11 dagen geleden heb ik een e-mail gestuurd naar jullie en nog steeds geen antwoord ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere keren gebeld en telkens tot een uur gewacht zonder dat iemand opnam!

Onlangs heeft een van jullie monteurs mijn televisie "gerepareerd" maar het scherm knippert nog steeds, wat extreem irritant is. Daarnaast heeft de monteur de originele zwarte randen vervangen door donkergrijze, die ook nog eens zichtbaar beschadigd zijn (Krassen). Dit is absoluut niet acceptabel!

Ook werkten de Ambilight-lichten de eerste dag niet, wat ik pas later ontdekte, terwijl de monteur hiervan op de hoogte was. Ik verzoek jullie dringend om ervoor te zorgen dat de monteur terugkomt voor een oplossing!

I Got the Quotation to fix my rog ally z1 extreme

It was £399 brand new just a week ago

These farud 3rd party guys asking for £600 to fix the bios issue

After the update it never loaded up bios or anything

I'll try to avoid Asus products as much as possible

The warranty is very unreliable
They mentioned things that i never had issues with before

This is fraud company

ASUS RMA

They received my laptop on the 21st of October, as of writing this review it is the 16th of December and I still don’t have my laptop, I payed £137 for the repair when the sum total of the parts was just £16~ (I don’t mind this but I say this to show that the repair is incredibly simple, it’s just a replacement for a ribbon cable connecting my laptop screen to the motherboard and a replacement back cover). On the 27th of November they sent me an email stating that diagnosis has been done and all they needed was the parts for repair which they had ordered, as you can tell I have not gotten anything yet not even an email saying they have the parts yet. I’ve had to email, call and even message on Reddit multiple times and I still don’t know when I’ll get my laptop back.

I called ASUS this morning and they said Letmerepair have acquired the part needed for the repair, but then 3 hours later Letmerepair send me an email saying they still do not have the part. What on earth is going on!??? How are both parts unable to communicate with each other and both telling me two completely different things. What am I meant to do!?? Go to Glasgow and ask for my laptop back!????

I am a university student studying software engineering, not having a laptop is incredibly painful and frustrating. I expect it to take some time but almost 2 months is incredibly abhorrent and so damn annoying.

Do not buy a device from ASUS I didn’t know how bad their RMA was until after buying my laptop but I am never purchasing any of their products again.

I am just shocked and incredibly disappointed by all of this, am I going to need a new laptop? If so I would be incredibly annoyed as the only issue is just a display issue and I spent around £1200 on the laptop and it’s only been 3 years since I bought it.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASUS BECAUSE IF U NEED TO RMA IT WILL MOST LIKELY BE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Avoid if you can!

My Asus laptop developed a fault and through Asus my laptop was sent to LetMeRepair for repair. They have had my new gaming laptop for OVER A MONTH for a broken wire! They charged me over £200 for a part that Asus sells for 25€ and they don't keep you informed. I am really starting to feel like I'm being shafted here and having my property and money stolen by some sham business.

Goede service

Vandaag kwam de monteur langs voor mijn wasmachine. De wasmachine maakte kleding stuk en er kwamen constant sokken/slipjes in het filter terecht.

Ik had de avond ervoor erg slechte recensies hier gelezen over dit bedrijf. Dus ik was erg benieuwd wat me te wachten stond vandaag.

De monteur kwam, erg vriendelijke man! Hij verving het onderdeel (rubberen rand) en gaf me handige tips voor in de toekomst. Hij had duidelijk veel kennis van zaken. Ik ben zeer tevreden!

Abzocke Zodiac Poolroboter

Wir schafften uns zur Reinigung unseren Pools über einen Fachhändler einen Zodiac Poolroboter im Wert von über 1000 Eur. an. Bereits innerhalb der Garantiezeit mussten wir das Gerät über diesen Fachhändler an Zodiac direkt einsenden. Der Roboter ist im Reinigungsmodus nach zwei Minuten stehen geblieben. Nachdem wir das Gerät wieder repariert erhalten haben, konnten wir schon feststellen, dass der Roboter viel langsamer als im Ursprung ausgeliefert reinigte. Kein halbes Jahr später setzte der selber Fehler erneut ein. Diesmal musste der Fachhändler aber das Gerät zu LetMeRepair einsenden. Fazit Kostenvoranschlag über 550 Eur. bezahlen oder 75 Eur. für den unreparierten Roboter überweisen. Als wir uns gegen die Reparatur entschieden wurde der Roboter in einem gänzlich defekten Zustand an uns übergeben. Auch direkte Nachfragen an Zodiac die uns zur Kulanzanfrage geraten hatten wurden abgeschmettert. Und noch ein Fakt vom Händler. Die Kostenvoranschläge von LetMeRepair liegen wohl immer in dieser Dimension. Egal was eigentlich defekt ist. Reine Abzocke und leider jetzt auch sehr schlechter Ruf von Zodiac hinsichtlich des Partners in Sachen der Reparatur.

Die Reparatur von Honor Magic 5 pro…

Die Reparatur von Honor Magic 5 pro wurde ohne Probleme erledigt, auch nach ca. 18 Monate.
Ich finde es nur schade das es wenige Rückmeldungs Status gibt (Keine Position Nummer oder so was wie in der Diagnose).
Die warte zeit war ca. 3 Wochen
