Overall it turned out great!
We have used Letref 5 years ago, and it was a bit slow the whole process at the time, and there were a lot of delays, as expected in these sorts of referencing things.
This time we thought the whole process was going to take some time again. However, after reaching Velda, she was really attentive and really empathetic with the fact that we were short on time and had other commitments coming up. It was quite important that we had all the referencing done, in order to sign the contract ASAP. I think Velda really understood and tried to prioritise us. I am really thankful for that and that everything turned out fine!
In terms of efficiency, Velda is definitely a key asset.
