The website was very user friendly, and all the items were easy to put together. The personalized prints came out absolutely beautiful! Shipping was fast and arrived right on time. Everything was perfect and made my daughter’s birthday extra special. I highly recommend Festi! ❤️

I really liked my order, and I was very happy that everything arrived in time for my son’s party! Overall, everything looked great.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the cupcake wrappers. I purchased 30 of them, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to use any. I found them very difficult to assemble, and they wouldn’t stay closed properly around the cupcakes. I tried several times, but eventually had to give up and use something else. I was a little sad because I had purchased all 30 specifically for the party, and they ended up going completely unused.

Other than that, I was happy with my order.

Never disappointed with a Let’s Festi order. I had to put together a baby welcoming for myself in less than a week and let’s Festi helped me Custom order something that I couldn’t even get done by myself on the website mind you I was recovering from a C-section at the hospital when I was working on this. Very grateful for the let’s Festi team I went back-and-forth with me till I got what I wanted.

Super easy to use, great customer service and communication, everything was perfect. I got my stuff in time for the party. I used their AI to generate a custom design for my sons birthday party and I even got to tweak the colors and items in my shipment as well as quantities of each item. I loved my experience, I will definitely be a returning customer for every event going forward!

Creating the theme was very easy. I was able to choose a custom design and adjust the color palette to match my theme. All of the items were top quality, heavy weight materials. The finished products were so cute!! I planned our party at the last minute. Festi made and shipped my items very quickly!! Everything arrived a few days before my party allowing me to take my time with party prep. It made everything perfect!!

What a gift Festi is bringing to families. We had a Thor inspired birthday for our 5 year old Thorton. Didn’t want to have the character and incorporate Jesus. Had no clue how to do this and I got an add for Festi! He absolutely loved it! The joy he had seeing himself as his favorite superhero will forever be a core memory! Came in super quick and the quality was top notch. He has his poster and banners in his room. Ohhh and customer service was excellent! Thank you festi!!!

I had such a great experience using Festi for my daughter’s birthday. I love that I was able to customize the decorations to the theme of her party. Shipping was quick and communicating with Festi team was also quick and efficient. The quality is superb and I will absolutely use Festi again!
