We received a quote for £12,450 to install a heat pump, change 2 radiators and replace all of our plumbing. The work was completed mid-May 2024

However, the system was problematic from day 1.

After well over a year of complaining, we paid to have Vaillant (the manufacturer) look at it, and their report showed that the radiators to the rear of the property were piped incorrectly and there were some instances where manufacturers guidance was not followed

Eventually we were compensated and chose to have the repairs carried out by a different plumber

But in fairness the quality of the workmanship of Let's Heat was actually very good, and the workman were friendly and tidy, and they did not create any avoidable mess, so I would recommend them for changing a boiler, etc.. But fitting a new heat pump system - NO

Boiler service done, all went well. He saw some minor issues and gave some genuine advice, which is always welcome. Would recommend.

The whole transaction between Mo and I was seamless and stress free. I had doubts about paying my deposit upfront to an unknown party so Mo agreed that this could be paid on delivery of tje boiler. He will also organise our annual service using the local engineer he employed. Excellent.
