Thanks for your review, Nigel - we really appreciate it.
Great company, will use again
Really helpful when needing fireworks for New Years Eve. They got in touch within thirty minutes of the order being placed online to explain that they had a product missing. We agreed on a replacement and they threw in an extra product FOC for the inconvenience (which it wasn’t).
Will use agin.

Thank you for the great review, John. We're glad you liked the website and service. It's such a difficult task delivering fireworks across the UK, and we're super limited to which courier we can use - resulting in a slightly higher delivery cost, but we're pleased they delivered the fireworks promptly, adhering to the instructions! Hope to see you again soon!
Amazing products and service

Thanks for another order and great review, Greg. We're glad to have you as a customer, and always here to assist should you need anything!
I ordered my fireworks in October for…
I ordered my fireworks in October for New Year's Eve, noting on my order that I am hearing impaired so can't use the phone. I also noted that I was going to be out of the UK until December and was concerned they might be delivered while I was away. Steve contacted me promptly by text and assured me that they would hold my order until I returned to the UK. A few days after arriving back to the UK Steve texted, and emailed me, to check I was back. A couple of days later my fireworks were delivered safely. I haven't used them yet but, if they are anything like the service provided, they are going to be spectacular.

Hi Mrs Pritchard. Firstly thank you for your order, and for your review.
We take this very seriously and would very much appreciate it if you could get in contact with us to give us more details of what happened with the firework you mentioned in your review.
We do not like to hear of events like this - and would like to investigate this further with the manufacturer of the firework in question, as what you’ve described should absolutely not happen.
I apologise that you have had this experience, but can assure you we will work to get this investigated and resolved.
If you could please drop us an email - and we can start that process.
Thanks,
Rob
