Really loved the concept and the process. The instructions were easy to follow and watching the picture slowly come together was very satisfying and relaxing. The final result looks awesome. Highly recommended for creative evenings or as a gift!
I love the product, the idea and the result I got! At first, I needed a little time to get used to the assembly, but after that everything went smoothly.

I can’t personally speak to the actual creation of the string art (as this was a gift), but I would like to acknowledge the amazing and utterly responsive customer service I received during some snag in the shipping process. Thanks to their fantastic support the gift made it to the recipient without delay. :-)

I have ordered two of these. The first one was great and really fun to do! However, the second one was somewhat more frustrating. I set it up as per the instructions and as I did previously and experienced no problems however, the second one kept tangling. I did email customer service and provided them photos but they were very slow at replying and appear to have stopped all together now. It has taken them that long to respond I was no longer in a position to send them further photos.
The idea of having enough string to do 3 pictures is a bit pointless to me… I wouldn’t want to spend 6-8 hours doing my canvas to then cut it all up again… they should really have the option of being able to buy the board separately too!!

According to our records, we asked you to send a clear photo of the spool holder with the thread, and we also provided an example for reference. This step is essential, as the thread can only become tangled if it isn’t threaded through the special hole in the spool holder.
Unfortunately, the photo we received from you didn’t follow the provided reference, so we weren’t able to verify whether this was the case. Later, you mentioned that you no longer have the product, which makes it difficult for us to investigate the issue further or offer a reasonable solution :(
We always care deeply about our customers and do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. However, in some cases, it becomes difficult or even impossible when the necessary information or proof is not available.
I received this as a gift for Mother’s Day .I have really enjoyed the project you do need to have patience whilst working on the picture it was a fantastic feeling when I could actually see the picture coming together,and can’t wait to get more just wish they were not so expensive I would give more stars if I could

I had problems with the delivery of my package, but then the team from Let's String contacted me and found a solution, while keeping me in the loop at every step. I received the package a few days later as promised and in good condition. Very good customer

I placed an order on the 14th, and it was supposed to be shipped the next day, but nothing. I’ve been trying to contact them for days, but they don’t respond to anything. Stay away.

Glad to hear everything was resolved. During busy periods like Christmas, delivery delays can happen since shipping companies are often overwhelmed. Our support team may also take a bit longer to reply at that time, but we usually do our best to keep customers informed.
