Magnífico y rápido servicio de atención…

Magnífico y rápido servicio de atención al cliente. Compré un bolígrafo que tenía una oferta de regalo una libreta. No se me cargaba la libreta en la cesta al poner el código, les escribí un mail y me contestaron al día siguiente que me enviarían la libreta en un segundo envío. Fenomenal.

I bought 2 pens with 2 engravements. I got 1 pen with both engravements together and a pen without. I wrote 2 emails and I didn't get any response

I'm changing my opinion, because Leuchtturm1917 customer service has contacted me apologizing for the quality and the time it took them to answer and sent me the correct pens. I won't put 5 stars because it took them a lot to send the pens after my first email, but I'll appreciate they sent me a new pair of pens

Missing item, delayed delivery & no response from customer service

I placed an order on 5 January 2026 for a weekly planner and dotted notebook bundle. The order confirmation clearly stated that both items were included.

When the parcel eventually arrived — after a noticeable delivery delay — only the weekly planner was inside. The dotted notebook was missing.

I emailed customer service on 19 January to report the issue and received no response. I followed up again and still heard nothing.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, this experience has been disappointing. A delayed delivery is frustrating but understandable; failing to include part of a confirmed order and then not responding to customer emails is not.

At this point, over a month later, I am still waiting for a response, but the lack of communication has significantly reduced my confidence in ordering again.

Absolutely awful

I purchased a Monocle pen as I do a lot of journaling. I wanted a pen that wouldn't splodge ink. The Monocle pen was a bit uncomfortable to write with but the ink didn't splodge. However, the ink ran out after writing only eight A4 pages. This was an expensive pen so I was very disappointed.
I have contacted customer services but they haven't even acknowledged my email. I wish that I read these reviews before I made my purchase. The whole experience has been disappointing and frustrating.

No updates, no customerservice.

Placed an order on 6th of january with a delivery time of maximum 21 days. No update in my account regarding my order. No shipping label. With the payment for the order was no issue ofcourse. Non-responsive customerservice, which I think just doesn't exist. After a couple of emails from my side that they left unanswered, I've had enough and filed for a refund with my Visa company. Avoid this company.

Absolutely dreadful. Avoid at all costs. No response nothing. How is this allowed to go on companies setting up and defrauding everyone who is foolish enough to buy from them

Nie wieder - kein Kundenservice

Seit vier Wochen und einer vielzahl von E-Mails kein Feedback vom Kundendienst. Eine umfangreiche Bestellung wurde nicht zugestellt und niemand meldet sich. Nie wieder!

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Spent £53 on 4/11/25 and have not received my goods nor a refund nor any response to my many emails. I almost always check reviews before buying and stupidly I was fooled by the professional appearance of their website. I don’t think I will ever get my money back so all I can do is try to warn others - stay well away.

Terrible unresponsive customer service, avoid at all costs.

Terrible unresponsive customer service. ordered a journal, told it would arrive in 7 days. 21 day pass still unable to reach customer service finally forced to dispute with credit card and request to cancel. Finally speak to customer services after 3 weeks to find out they haven't shipped anything in January.

Appalling customer service

Three items ordered on the 9th December. I received the pen holder just before Christmas, the pencil two weeks after and am still awaiting the 2026 planner. I have requested a refund four times now and only received one reply saying I will get the planner at the start of February. I am still emailing to get a refund. Terrible customer service - do not order from this company.

basic items out of stock, perpetual customer service misunderstandings, impossibility of refund

This review concerns Leuchtturm1917 Canada.
Two years in a row the basic black A5 planner + notebook in English has gone out of stock prematurely owing to incorrect sales forecasting. My order for the 2026 planner was acknowledged, but after three weeks of silence I sent an email to customer service, who took several more days to reply to the effect that the item was out of stock, despite the web page showing it as in stock at the time of my order.
They offered several lurid colours in lieu of the black (I am a sober 65-year-old man, and eschew a weekly planner in magenta, or dusty rose, .... etc. ad nauseam). Or, I could have my order placed on back-order, with no foreseeable expectation of delivery - indeed, I was advised that fulfilment might go well into 2026.
I therefore requested a refund, and was asked to fill out a PDF form with my credit card information. There is no "safe-drop" portal in which such information can be left - credit card information must be sent by email, where it will be accessible by various and sundry personnel. I declined this option, and enquired of other basic notebooks which they might send, to the dollar amount of my order, with a view to fulfilment of sorts, that we may be done with the constant back and forth emails. They consented, and included a "gift" which I did not need. In retrospect, I should have contacted my bank's fraud department to have the transaction annulled. But it was too late.
Never again, sorry. I had been a customer for years, but this is the limit. I'm going back to Moleskine even though I don't quite like the format, but in the end, a planner is a planner.
Beware, stay away - there is no possibility of doing business properly with these people.
***added later, same day: this story has a happy ending - I received my Moleskine within 24 hours of ordering it, via amazon's regular delivery, no special request on my part. Can you beat THAT?

Ganz Erlich 1 stern ist fuer mich schon zuviel. Ich hatte seit Jahren bestellungen gemacht aber dieses mal war alles was laufen konnte falsch. Ich bin zu tiefst enttäuscht. Ich hatte eine Agenda bestellt ging relativ lang aber sie kam dann war die falsche grösse dazu kam noch beschädigt angekommen. Nach einige male beim Kundendienst geschrieben hin und her bekam ich einen rabatt da nur schon die Zeit die ich damit email etc... verloren habe war schon zuviel. Dann habe ich erneuert eine Bestellung gemacht mit Personalisierung fuer fast 200.-- Sfr., eine grosse Bestellung, dann die überraschung heute als ich geschaut habe nach einen Monat wie der status war da ich die Agend brauche fuer mein Alltag. Da die überraschung es wurde stillschweigend storniert ohne eine mail als info absolut nix...... Katastrophal. Nur die Zeit die man damit verschwendet mit ärgern warten und dann auch die ungewissheit.... Einfach nur schade.... als ich jetzt noch die Bewertungen gesehen habe frage ich mich schon kopf nomal hätte ich vorher reingeschaut hätte ich diesen ärgen jetzt nicht unbedingt..... Soviel zu Digitalisierung, unpersöhlich, Kundenservice es zieht sich leider fast überrall schade schade. Die Qualität der Ware ist top aber so nützt dass auch nichts.

Product warranty only on paper

Despite their product warranty, they will not support their customers when they have a broken item. The pencil's mechanism stopped working and they were quick to reply to offer some troubleshooting I might try, however when I went back to them saying nothing worked, they stopped replying. Way to go, Leuchtturm, buy stationery for ££, only to realize the quality is a total letdown. I was a big Leuchtturm fan, now because of their customer service, I will stop buying from them.

Enttäuschender Kundenservice bei Leuchtturm1917 – leider keine Empfehlung

Ich habe am 24. August ein personalisiertes Notizbuch mit passendem Stift direkt über die Website von Leuchtturm1917 bestellt – als Geschenk. Die Produkte selbst kenne ich schon von einer früheren Amazon-Bestellung, die problemlos verlief. Umso enttäuschender war diesmal die Erfahrung mit dem Direktkauf.

Schon beim Bestellen wurde angezeigt, dass das Produkt gerade nicht auf Lager sei. Das war okay für mich aber danach kam einfach nichts mehr. Kein Update, keine Info, wie lange es noch dauern würde. Auf meine Nachfrage bekam ich die Antwort, dass der Versand in der kommenden Woche erfolgen sollte. Doch es passierte nichts. Ich schrieb erneut diesmal kam gar keine Reaktion. Erst Tage später erhielt ich die Versandbestätigung. Ohne Entschuldigung, ohne Erklärung.

Als das Paket am 6. Oktober endlich ankam, war das Buch oben geknickt. Gerade bei einem personalisierten Geschenk in dieser Preisklasse ist das wirklich ärgerlich. Ich habe sofort ein Foto geschickt und den Schaden gemeldet, bis heute keine Antwort.

Ich hatte mich auf das Geschenk gefreut und extra etwas Besonderes ausgesucht. Stattdessen blieb am Ende ein enttäuschendes Gefühl zurück. Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Nachtrag:
Einige Zeit nach meiner Reklamation hat sich der Kundenservice doch noch gemeldet. Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und hat sich für die Umstände entschuldigt. Da personalisierte Produkte nicht zurückgenommen werden können, wurde mir eine Erstattung von 10 % angeboten, die ich angenommen habe.

Trotzdem bleibt mein Gesamteindruck leider negativ: Die lange Wartezeit, die fehlende Kommunikation und der beschädigte Artikel haben das Geschenk und die Vorfreude getrübt. Die Gutschrift war ein kleiner Schritt, kam aber zu spät und konnte die Enttäuschung nicht ausgleichen.

Le top! Des détails et un ordonnancement qui rendent l'agenda si pratique, avec un chic qu'on n'a pas vu depuis longtemps dans cette gamme de prix. Des exemples? La durée sur 18 mois, la pochette au 3e plat de couverture, les deux marque-pages, le planificateur de projets, les étiquettes d'archivages, une page libre entière par semaine, etc. Bluffée!

Produkt schon x Mal gekauft, Qualität immer Top! Leider lässt sich dies vom Kundendienst überhaupt nicht sagen. Lieferzeiten unterirdisch mies! Email werden nicht beantwortet. Ganz unprofessionell und eine absolute Katastrophe!

Gute Ware, mieser Service

Die Notizbücher und Kalender sind von guter Qualität, wie man sie bei diesem Preis auch erwarten kann. Der Service ist aber echt unterirdisch. Es ist mir nun schon mehrfach passiert, dass ich verspätete Bestellungen anmahnen musste und selbst dann hat die Lieferung oft noch eine Woche auf sich warten lassen. Daher: Leuchtturm-Proukte ja, aber nie wieder direkt vom Hersteller.
