Levelset is amazing! Don't think about it, just make the change! I used Levelset at a previous company and when I made the switch, my current company was doing everything internally. The process was so outdated and multiple team members were involved. I sold the team to make the change and we're all very pleased! The process is now just one internal team member & the Levelset team... THAT'S IT. Bianca has helped our team understand processes. Bianca follows up, and answers all of our questions, and let me just mention, absolutely great at the job! Make sure to ask for Bianca, she'll make sure your team is ready once you make the change!

I was in a panic as this is my 1st week on this job after training. Kendra answered all my questions and helped me fix my mistakes so that the document (pre-lien) I was trying to send out was sent to the correct people/places. I am so glad I had her there to answer my questions as I am getting to know how to do pre-liens and she was so nice and patient with me. It means more than you all know to have someone to answer questions when you are in a panic and need to make sure things are corrected. Kendra was outstanding!!

We just completed our first year with Levelset. The platform has helped reduce the amount of collections and has made it easier to collect. They also make it very user friendly.

Levelset made the somewhat troublesome process of getting a mechanic's lien a breeze. Once all the information is entered, they do all the rest which is nice when time is limited. Sarah Lubow was wonderful to work with and she made sure that she had all the information she needed to get our lien through.
