I’ve tried to Withdraw the money but was unsuccessful, my withdrawal request was declined by the manager at the time “Adam” I’ve send over around 20 emails asking why I cannot withdraw my money from the account. Always come with some strange reasons as: I need to add new card , or I have to withdraw the money through the crypto account…. So trying to withdraw the money more than 3weeks and still no allowing me to withdraw my Wins. DO NOT USE THIS BETTING SCAMMER
Stop sending them anything
Do not deposit more funds, and don’t follow any instructions involving crypto or new cards. Scammers often try to extract more before disappearing.
Gather evidence
Save everything:
Emails and messages (especially from “Adam”)
Screenshots of your account balance and withdrawal attempts
I’ve managed to Report the scam (UK-specific)
I’ve file reports with:
Action Fraud
Financial Conduct Authority (check if the company is authorised—most scams aren’t)
They won’t always recover funds directly, but reporting helps build cases and can sometimes lead to action.
The case is still ongoing till the bastards will be not allowed 🚫 any further damages to other gamblers.

What I have found is withdrawals issues of every kind.
More importantly you can never close your account. Been trying to quit gambling for a while now. There is no option in account to set limits or remove account. Seriously dangerous.
Currently have 3 days of emails with no solution. No Ban, can’t close my account. It’s insane. Honestly the experience makes me never want to gamble again.
