We never intentionally ignore customers so we apologise if you have experienced this. As a small business we endeavour to reimburse a customer if our wine or service was unsatisfactory. Obviously Christmas is a busy period and we regret our error
Great Value and Fast Delivery
Wine was delivered on time, thankfully, because I was very last minute buying birthday presents! The price of the wine was also a little cheaper than some other websites I checked. Big fan of Libation and their natural/organic wines!

Good packaging and very good product
Good packaging and very good product, unfortunately, I paid £8 for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive when it said it would and had me waiting around all day. Arrived three days later and was the main past of someone’s birthday present so was late for the party

Just joined the Libation subscription…
Just joined the Libation subscription Club, 3 wines a month! 3 delicious wines delivered on the day of purchase by the owner, no doubt visiting some customers in the area! Really nice to meet you Ed and thank you for the delicious wine, Julia and I loved it!

Can’t comment on taste as the wines were gifts but they were well received.
Excellent customer service when I needed to make a last-minute adjustment to delivery details.

Very slow delivery
I made 2 orders specifying 48hr delivery. Neither has yet been delivered though the orders were made a week ago..

Hi Simon, As a independent business your feedback matters. I am sorry your wine hasn't arrived yet. The order was made over the bank holiday weekend/Tues and our postal service has a backlog from industrial action so we have encountered longer than usual lead times. An excellent experience
An excellent experience, easy to use website to make the order, which was delivered much quicker than I was expecting - thank you for that! Really well packed and a delightful wine that I had been searching for for several weeks after trying in a restaurant. I will definitely be using Libation again.
