this company is the absolute worst,contact anybody but them! they called me and told me I needed a new prescription becauce my Dr left and is no longer withe medical center which led to them not shipping supplies, except it wasnt true! then they told me they told me they didnt have my Insurance info, It hasn't changed in the 6 years I've done business with them..every year it something different.AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Don't use this company. The low reviews from others already confirm this. The customer service representatives are pretty useless as they cannot help with any changes and you'll need to wait for a separate department (which you cannot speak to directly). I dealt with a supervisor named Ashley once and she could care less. She refused to acknowledge a complaint on my previous interactions - yes it's that bad that you can't even file a complaint. Save yourself the grief and go with another company.

They tell you your shipment is coming You call back and find out your shipment has been stopped You find out because you called they don’t even give you a courtesy call Now my husband is out of catheters and have to wait for a new shipping call He has been with them for years all of a sudden they are not doing right by their customer

Poor customer service. Was a customer for many years and was very pleased. Recently I ran out of my catheters. Had to jump through hoops to try to place my order and still did not get my order filled or placed. After going without catheters for 10 days or more, I decided to switch to a different company. Such a relief to be done with Liberator.

I purchased a BD Purewick on 12/20/22 with the guarantee of a 30 day money back guarantee. I tried to return it 5 days later and they told me no money back no returns. The at home product does not work like a hospital unit works, not enough power or suction. The purewick cost $500 + 200 a month for supplies. I would like to inform anyone interested not to buy it. That is a hospital unit not for home use.
