Ordered a book for Alevel studies. Three days later, this company cancelled the order without any explanation. Clearly not a reputable retailer. Found the book elsewhere eventually at a much cheaper price from a company that values its customer. Do not order from here.

Honestly terrible experience trying to buy from them. I tried them to find an alternative to Amazon for ethical reasons, did a £45+ order for 3 books, I got a confirmation email but payment was marked as "pending" for over 10 days, I emailed to ask what was happening and they then cancelled the order out of nowhere 3 days later, with zero communication. Never using them again, will be buying from awesomebooks.com from now on instead- much cheaper and more efficient!
