The call center number does get answered and you end up getting through to leave a message. Not great.

I recently used Licence Check to manage and verify our fleet drivers' credentials, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to easily input and track all our drivers' license information in one central location. The automated alerts for upcoming expirations have been a game-changer, ensuring we stay compliant without any manual process.

I like how easy it is to navigate the homepage as an admin rep on DAVIS, easily generating PDF's and Spreadsheets for analysis. My only criticism at this point is that, some staff who do not drive for our company or have a Licence, still have to input personal details into the system, before they are eligible to opt out. If there was a button on the original email invite to opt out, maybe giving a reason that would be more effective in my opinion.

Really happy with the service we have received. Joe made the full process very easy. The system its self is user friendly and has made the task of checking licenses 100 times quicker.
