Beste Supermarkt in Hellas!

7/4/2026 i went lidl zografou around 6_7 o'clock the lady on the casher the lidl plus I try to scan it refused I ask her why it's not scan she don't want answer even she don't want look my face to talk to me I ask her 1,2 the 3rd time she took the phone from my hand & scan the lidl employee most of them are not professional lack of knowledge the don't treat well the customer I am very sorry

Lidl head office in Germany are not sorting out my electric appliance ,it's only 5 months old , with a 3 year guarantee. They don't get back to you.

I bought a Prackside hammer drill that happened to breakdown. Upon contacting LIDL customer service, I was told a company named Optimex Gr will contact me within the next days. It's been almost a week and now I'm told the response time is 4 weeks. I decided to purchase a real tool from a company that believes in real customer service.
DO NOT BUY ANY PARKSIDE TOOLS

Έκανα αίτηση για πωλητής στη Σταυρούπολη Θεσσαλονίκης και πήραν τηλέφωνο και με είπαν ότι η θέση καλύφθηκε. Με πρόσφεραν δουλειά ως καθαριστή με λιγότερα χρήματα και ώρες χωρίς να κάνω αίτηση για καθαριστής. Αρνήθηκα και στη συνέχεια έστειλαν μήνυμα ότι αρνήθηκα την θέση πωλητή.

Συγκριτικά με άλλα σουπερμάρκετ έχουνε καλύτερες τιμές και μπορείς να προμηθευτής πράγματα που σε άλλους ανταγωνιστές βρίσκεις σε υψηλές τιμές. Ωστόσο η ποιότητα σε κάποια προϊόντα ναι μεν ευθύνη δεν είναι και η καλύτερη. Ειδικότερα στα κρεατικά η ποιότητα τους μπορεί να γίνει και καλύτερη. Σίγουρα πιο value for money από άλλες αλυσίδες

Went to the Lidl in Kalamata opposite the police station. We were told three times by the assistant that her lane was closed as only one lane was open at 9am with people queuing, to then be told by another assistant it was open so proceeded to put out items on the conveyer belt to be told again by Katherina she is closed (maybe she was due a coffee break after 10 mins) and then proceeded to have a conversation with someone else in Greek and totally ignored us so we then removed our items and went to another till. The assistant Katherina then proceeded to say she had told us it was open and had never said it was closed which was a lie! We will never go to this store again well done for yet again disgraceful and rude customer service! She then decided to raise her voice at us … why do some Greek people this is acceptable customer service because we are foreigners !!

Tools that, barely a year after the warranty ends, have absolutely no support for spare parts — and we just keep filling the planet with waste over something as simple as a gear in my case. As a consumer, if you ask for a compensation solution, they don’t even respond to your requests.
Εργαλεία που ούτε έναν χρόνο μετά τη λήξη της εγγύησης δεν διαθέτουν καμία υποστήριξη σε ανταλλακτικά — και έτσι γεμίζουμε τον πλανήτη σκουπίδια για κάτι τόσο απλό όσο ένα γρανάζι, στην περίπτωσή μου. Ως καταναλωτής, αν ζητήσεις κάποια λύση ή αποζημίωση, δεν μπουν καν στον κόπο να απαντήσουν στα αιτήματά σου.

Είναι πολύ δύσκολο να γράψεις αξιολόγηση για το lidl. Στο Google δεν σε αφήνει. Έχουν ζητήσει να μην μπορεί ο κόσμος να αξιολογήσει αυτό το σκουπίδι-σουπερμάρκετ
Ό,τι αγοράσαμε ειχε απαίσια γεύση.
Λες και ήταν γεματα με φαρμακα και αρωματικά. Επίσης αγόρασαμε τυρί του τοστ που την επόμενη μέρα είδαμε ότι είχε μούχλα.
Δεν επιλέγω να τους ενημερώσω ποτέ γιατί απλά σαν διοίκηση είναι αγενεστατοι ..

4.99ευρώ για το Gelatelli almond ξυλάκι όταν κοστίζει 1.69 Αγγλικές λίρες στην Αγγλία.
Πόσο κέρδος πια?

I bought a box meat Katziki galaktos(young dairy goat)2,200 kg and inside had just bones with a lot of fat and not even 200 gr of meat.Very poor quality and very expensive for nothing on the plate.I work hard for these 22 euros paid at LIDL SAMOS ,for nothing.

I found cardboard paper inside a kids fish finger. I called them and they opened a case to "investigate" with their German supplier. Three months passed and I didn't get any answer. I called them and they were very polite and said sth must have been mixed and they will look in to the matter straight away. 3 months again no answer...

Great experience, good product and prices.

Σε όλα τα εορταστικά παραδοσιακά είδη διατροφής, οι τιμές, η ποσότητα τους, και η ποιότητα τους, ήταν πολύ καλύτερες από άλλα αντίστοιχα τοπικών supermarket (μπακάλικων)! Ωστόσο υπάρχουν πολλά είδη που είναι εισαγωγής κυρίως από Γερμανία και είναι κατά πολλαπλάσιες φορές ακριβότερα από ότι πωλούνται στα Lidl Γερμανίας. Ο κάθε καταναλωτής θα πρέπει να κάνει σύγκριση τιμών - ποσοτήτων και εξυπηρέτησης και να ψωνίζει ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του!

Ακόμα είναι κρίμα που ο κάθε καταναλωτής της περιοχής του Δήμου Ερέτριας Ευβοίας αναγκάζεται να μετακινηθεί πολλές δεκάδες χιλιόμετρα, όπου υπάρχουν παντού καταστήματα Lidl σε όλους τους Δήμους του Νομού Ευβοίας, όπως και όλες οι άλλες αλυσίδες supermarkets, εκτός εδώ στον Δήμο Ερέτριας όπου υπάρχει μόνο ένα συγκεκριμένο μονοπώλιο!

Pleasantly surprised. And they are constantly improving, in my eyes. Also very, very good customer service, at least to my experience. Exemplary customer service, i would say. Prices of course are good.

Δεν ειναι πολυ καλα τα προιόντα τους αλλα τουλαχιστον δε σου πουλάνε το μετριο για εκλεκτό!
