Lovely board, nice people at demo day. Only improvement would be to include a QR code with the board to connect to Set-up instructions and the excellent YouTube videos. For me: I didn't know which side of the fins should be inside and which outside. I couldn't see on the video whether the small collars on the binding bolts were being used or not. And on the board itself, what is intended for the unused bolt holes under the bindings: will they just get filled with sand and water... and is that ok? I wondered about putting some grease in those to reduce risk of clogging or rust

We had super friendly communication with the Lieuwe team throughout the whole process. We received very competent and helpful advice, and we’re very happy with the boards! The production was really fast 🙌🏼

I made my order and later I was scared that my board didn't arrive before my kiteholiday. So I contacted Lieuwe on whatsapp and asked if my order will arrives in time (before my holiday). They answered me super prompt and a few days later I could unpack my board at home. The delivery was super fast (within one day NL to CH). Thank you so much for the super customer service and the new gadgets - the new board is perfectly for me and the Lieuwe Pro Pads are so much better that the old ones from Lieuwe.
