From chaos to consistent.
Consistency was my main challenge before I started Focus Fortnight. I learned to break down goals into milestones and name the obstacles beforehand, which helped me stay on track. I surprised myself by consistently exercising daily and watching my portions, even after finishing the program. Jilly’s gentle, pressure-free approach showed me that being kind to myself works better than beating myself up. She made me feel safe and allowed me to be vulnerable, making the process enjoyable and motivating. Jilly’s approach helped me stay consistent and motivated, and I appreciate how safe and supported I felt throughout. It’s clear she’s a natural and skillful coach, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made. Overall, I’ve gained a lot and would highly recommend this as a great starting point for anyone new to coaching.
