Absolute scam of a company - wish I’d read the reviews first. Lie after lie after lie. I am using chargeback on my credit card in the hope that they can get me my money back. What an idiot to be taken in by them. Do not use, do not buy, do not have anything to do with them.

I bought this as a Christmas gift
I bought this as a Christmas gift, purchased on 9th December for my partner & was really excited for him to receive it as we have a lot of travel plans for 2025. When I hadn't received it by 20th December I got back in touch with the company. I was really disappointed with the response I received & the lack of follow-up for the order. It eventually arrived after Christmas, which totally took the shine off the gift & the whole experience. The product seems good but without any real apology, or discount offered for the very obvious mistake, & disappointing approach to customer service, I would struggle to recommend it.
An absolute scam
An absolute scam. I don't understand why it's not illegal to steal peoples money. Ordered .....3!!!! Sent tracking info, which was a lie. I have communicated with them extensively asking for a refund - even bought the insurance (laughable). It's a crime and should be treated as such
Avoid at All Cost
Avoid at All Cost - This site is a complete scam that uses social media marketing to look like items that may appeal, Boxes for travel items, etc. Upon ordering in early December, the box never arrived despite it to ship "Priority USPS with Tracking". It uses the 17track fraud website and it wasn't until I submitted a dispute with American Express did they email me back despite multiple emails that I was waiting, going to dispute and then disputed. The insane part of the response was that it was shipping, be there soon and identical to the message from another scam website doing the same miller.market. Identical as in word for word down to the periods. Avoid this site at ALL Cost. Do NOT Buy!

I’ve had the same experience as everyone else that’s posted reviews recently. Ordered December 8th and still haven’t received them. Tracking useless. Customer service responded at first and now silent.

They don’t care about the delivery about your package, as long as they have your money.
My parcel was stolen from my doorstep. Evri said as part of the contract they have with retailers it’s the retailers responsibility for the delivery of the package. They were nice enough over email at first until it became clear the liability was on them and surprise surprise, they’ve gone silent!

There was a 3 week lead time on my product. There was no communication in 2 different sets of tracking numbers. This product came from Shanghai and it is not advertised as such. I would never order from them again.

Ordered on 12/9, expecting for Christmas, still in transit on 12/26. And they lie on their tracking info. As per USPS, My package arrived in Fairfield once on the 19th and again on the 25th, but their website tells me it's somewhere else
Company Has Become Unreliable
I am not sure what happened to this company, but I ordered from this once before at the beginning of the year and liked the box I received. Considering this, I went to order another for my mom for the holidays. I ordered on December 1st, seeing that they advertised on their website that shipping takes 9-13 days. 13 days went by, and there were no updates and no delivery. The company did not even reach out so I decided to wait a few more days before emailing their support on December 16th, inquiring about my order, to which they responded 2 days later stating, "We’ve encountered some delays from customs and the sorting center.
However, things are gradually recovering, and your order is still in transit. We've also urged the carrier to prioritize your shipment to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible". Giving them the benefit of the doubt, considering I had ordered from them before, I waited a few more days before reaching out again on December 23rd, with no response. The only thing the tracking number shows is that my package has shifted around but "USPS Awaits Item". At this point, I know I am not getting my package anytime soon, and certainly not before the holidays. I ended up emailing again today, December 24th, requesting my order be canceled and receiving a refund. It is truly disappointing how this company has become. I did not have any of these issues the first time.

Ordered a frame on the 4/12/24 was advised on the shop app on the 10/12/24 that the Royal Mail are waiting for my order to deliver it on 48hr tracked delivery this status has not changed.
I have Still not received it as of the 23/12/24 I sent a message yesterday asking for an update on delivery and got no reply. Will now attempt to get a refund

If I could give a zero i would. Took my money, goods never arrived and e mails unanswered. Clearly a huge scam and I'm disappointed I got suckered in. You can buy the same from Amazon at a fraction of the price

Well, no order recieved, tracking useless, says as destination airport and hasn't moved. Generic response to my email saying give it a couple more days. I've orederd one on Amazon for half the price and delivered in a couple of days. Just out of pocket and not confident about getting this back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m afraid I have been scammed.
I’ve been waiting for the 3 products that I ordered on December 3rd. When I track them using the information the company sent me, it says they are in a facility in Fairfield, NJ waiting for USPS to pick them up since December 10th. It’s now the 20th and I am getting the same tracking information. When I contact the company, they say that they are looking into it and please wait a couple more days. I am not confident at all that the products will ever arrive.
BTW, they only post the positive reviews that they receive. I got an email asking me to review my experience and it was never posted to their website.
