It is still too soon for me to write a review because they published my book and we are just starting our campaign to sell it. But this early review will prepare me for a later one. I was told one person would help me through the whole process and that didn't happen. After they edited it, I re-edited it and made more changes than they did. I would say they did a poor job here. The cover of the book is flat-out outstanding. This has to be very high rated. 5+ stars. The inside appearance of the book is so-so. Give it maybe 3 stars. The sale of the book is the real test of how it should be rated and that is still to be determined. Would I use them again? I certainly would at this time but I need to wait for a few months before I can give a completely honest review.

LifeRich Publishing has been easy to work with and seemed to care for me and my writings. They were there from start to finish and continues to support me when I need help.

Publishing with LifeRich was a chore that I was not expecting to have to endure. After polishing my manuscript at home, I bought pictures from a site that allows for use of photos with permissions. I was offered a plan for publishing with LifeRich and chose to try to use color photos. There were only two choices available in a color format and I chose one. This format only allowed me to include 20 of the 150 photos I planned to use. i submitted my forms, my ms, and 20 photos. The original consierge turned me over to another manager who submitted the ms to editing. I was unable to communicate with the editors, so they changed the format and I could not discuss the changes to come to a solution to our differences. When I got the “proofs” I was feeling under pressure and got confused. I submitted the forms for approval by mistake, but was not given an opportunity to rescind them. There was no discussion about the e-book which should have had a different introduction. The design work was wonderful and the cover was great. The final outcome is satisfactory, but I struggled to get past the poor communication and the high cost for the book publishing.

I found LifeRich Publishing representatives to be honest and sincere. All personnel are professional, courteous, and personal. Their products are of high quality. The price range of their packages is much lower than competing publishers. I plan to publish two more books with LifeRich [in the future].

LifeRich does not keep their promises. I found many misspelled words and a missing page in the final printed version. The editing process is poor at best. I asked to talk to supervisors, but my calls were never returned.
I paid for a custom cover but had to settle for a stock photo cover.
When I give LifeRIch a poor review no one follows up to see how they can improve. It seems like they want to take your money but not publish a quality product. I hope they realize that finial publication is a reflection on them.

A fantastic personal service! Great at communicating, responding to emails and explaining the whole process. Lovely warm people to talk to that has the authors’ best interests at heart.

I am actually amazed that Life Rich has made the publication of my book, Jah is our God, a reality. One publisher did, in fact, turned it down. Life Rich is the best. May our God, Jah, continue to enrich Life Rich Gracias.

There was a misunderstanding, I had my book edited before I sent it to LifeRich. When they got it from me I wanted them to edit it their way. I didn't see the email from them that had my book already done. I went ahead and okayed it without seeing the finished product. I regret it, but in the end the book turned out great.

Independent of slowdowns due to Covid, LifeRich handled the publishing of my fourth effort with speed and aplomb. My only issue is that they are not as price competitive as they could be, and do not make much allowance for the author on purchasing their own books.

Liferich is on point. They are great.

The selection of photos for cover was rather poor. The staff did not appear motivated to produce high quality with the book. I had to chase after them to correct errors. The media blast did not produce a single sale and sales reports have been incomplete.

Every step of the process with LifeRich Publishing was done quickly and completely. I was given a time schedule that they far exceeded. Anything I requested was done without question. The staff I worked with were helpful and friendly. Would use them again without question.

Thank you for doing a great Job on my book, "Companionship, By: Bill E. Carter", LifeRich Publishing, did every thing they said they would and they save me time. It was easy to work with them from start to a new book. I was able to order over 500 books and they save me money and printed a great looking book.

I wish I could have discussed my content evaluation directly with someone from the department instead of having to go thru my concierge. Ashley was terriffic, but I don't think this was her area of expertise.
