Lilly is a truly exceptional therapist who combines a vast array of therapeutic approaches to working with individuals presenting with a very wide range of issues. Everything she does is underpinned by a deep level of care for those she supports. Personally, I worked with Lilly on a number of issues including stress, sleep, gut issues, blood work and trauma release over a number of years.
