There is an internal velcro strip in the bag that you need to open so that you can fill up the bag up to 70kg. We can see there is an active case on this and that this has been marked as resolved.

Good value!
Solid bike with great wheel weight that does the job.
Just needed to tension the resistance which was a bit of a pain, but that was it. Other assembly was pretty easy and straight forward.

Lifespan Boost 2 - Blew Out
Hi bought a brand new Lifespan Boost 2 Treadmill in February 2026 and it worked only for two weeks. It gave a loud noise and blew out. I reported a fault, and they took almost one month to repair it. I asked for a refund, but it was not successful.
Poor products and poor service.

We appreciate the feedback and sorry to hear about the issue. Had a look on your case and we can see that our team has been actively responding to you on this issue. Although, we apologise, if it took awhile before getting this fixed as we want to make sure we cover all bases and eliminate anything that does not resolve the issue on your trreadmill. We had to ask you to do some troubleshooting steps as it might fix the issue with the last course of action being a technician's repair if all else fails. Before our team offered the return and repair, you were asked if you wanted a refund but you opted to give it a go for a repair instead in which we did and the machine was sent back to you at no extra cost.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us again if there are any other issues and we'd be happy to help.

Reliable and prompt.
The product arrived promptly and well packaged. The bike was easy to assemble with appropriate instructions. The bike rides well, is sturdy and quiet. All computer related functions work as expected. This appears to be a good investment.
