I ordered a new table for my Mother after finding Lifestyle Furniture via a search engine.

Whilst we’re very happy with the new table I’ve been absolutely blown away by the customer service received from Tahira!

Tahira has been exceptional helpfully when dealing with both pre & post purchase and follow up issues as well.

Tahira even took the time to call my Mother as well to ensure she was kept aware of the order and delivery process.

Never used this company before but saw the bedside cupboards i wanted at a reasonable price. I phoned the company to confirm they were not flat packs and a very helpful gentleman told me not, so I proceeded with order. I also had a follow up email to also confirm. They arrived well packed in perfect condition and we are very pleased. Would recommend.

Beautiful well made furniture, well packaged & kept up to date with delivery. I paid extra for it to be brought up to my first floor flat.
The two men who brought it up were pleasant & friendly and the furniture was handled with care.
Most of the furniture came fully assembled but I did need to build the wardrobe, all the fittings were supplied & the instructions were clear & I manage to assemble it on my own.

We are delighted with our new tall Jali Sheeham Bookcase from Lifestyle Furniture Ltd.
The quality and price of the bookcase was excellent, and the team at LFL were so helpful in double checking measurements and delivery details.
An especially shout out to Taz who was so prompt and professional in answering emails during the busy Christmas holiday period and the QA team who organised a video clip of my bookcase to verify actual measurements.
The delivery itself was on time and great care was taken to ensure the very well wrapped bookcase was brought safely into its new home.

Gorgeous furniture at a fraction of the price of other retailers. Great service and a fantastic delivery service. Yes not all pieces are in stock but they let you know from the start and were exactly on time with delivery estimate. I’m definitely going to buy from them again.

Delivery was a little slower than expected but the company were really friendly and reassuring when contacted. But the furniture is simply stunning, much better quality than I expected, solid, sturdy, beautiful natural wood and well packed, well worth waiting for. This is the best furniture I have ever bought, just looking for an excuse to get more.

The furniture was really good quality but can only give 3 stars because the boxes they were delivered in were in a disgusting state! There was dirt and bird droppings on one of the boxes and as I’d ordered 3 items the whole room stunk like dogs mess and made me feel sick. I’d ordered and paid the unwrap service which didn’t happen but I was refunded that cost in full. But it was very inconvenient as I have disabilities so it was a real struggle to remove the outer boxes as they were horrible. In fairness inside the box the furniture was wrapped and protected very well. I wasn’t overly impressed with the delivery service but thankfully no damage to any furniture and that’s all beautiful and a good price! Better boxes, more friendly delivery/service there would have been no problems at all. Even though my furniture is fine I don’t think I would order from this site again as the unwrap service was what encouraged me to buy from here when I saw that. So very disappointed but want to restate the furniture was all fine!

The length of time dor delivery was abysmal. If i had jnown the drawers wasnt in stick i would never have bought frim these people there was no communication nothing i wont be buying anything form this comqpny again it was me that emailes you ansd twice was ignored
