Good quality dining chairs ,look great with table

Great price and lovely high quality furniture.

Good service over the phone, keeping me informed, but only when I called them, so maybe if an automated email goes out, follow up with a call or email if information changes.

Happy though, would buy from them again for sure

We love the range of furniture offered by this company and found exactly what we had been looking for all over the web without success. Good communications, great people at the other end of the phone and quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Despite having "UK" in their brand name, furniture is actually shipped from abroad, which results in significant delays, along with the fact they use an absolutely awful courier "Avanti Express", and god forbid you don't live near to where they happen to be based in Manchester!
Expected delivery to be free as I was spending over £400 but upon reading the small print had to pay a £30 surcharge due to my postcode (even though I live in Wales and have never experienced this with anything else ordered within the UK). Placed my order 25th October, with delivery advertised within 1-2 weeks, and it finally arrived 12th December, following a LOT of chasing and unsatisfactrory communications/customer service.
No tracking information was provided in the interim and LIfestyle Furniture had me phone their couriers directly for updates, whereby I kept receiving conflicting information vs what they were telling me and found the owner of the company very rude and disinterested. Taz from Lifestyle Furniture also complained about him to me and informed me that he had even hung up on her... I don't feel as though I should have had to be caught up in the middle of this drama!!
At one point I was promised a refund of the £30 surcharge I had paid, given the extent of the delay I was experiencing, but this was later revoked and I was then offered a complimentary bottle of "Country Pine stain" as a gesture of goodwill instead, but this never materialised either.
When I finally received the delivery (on a day I had pre-warned I wouldn't be available but it ended up my only option besides waiting until some unspecified time in January, so had to arrange for a neighbour to let them in), it transpired that the "two man delivery service" advertised consisted of one man who refuses to do stairs, which is not helpful when you live in a first floor flat. My dressing table was left in a shared hallway area blocking entrance to the ground floor flat, which was a fire hazard.
Overall, the furniture is OK but it's not worth the stress of dealing with this company. If you decide to then be sure to read all the small print and prepare yourself for a loooong wait!

1. I received an email from Lifestyle Furniture advising that my order would be arriving *in the country* on 15th November, so yes it definitely came from abroad! The fact it then travels via a UK warehouse on its onward journey is irrelevant and only adds to the delays.
2. I had no desire to make repeated contact with the courier directly, but Lifestyle Furniture encouraged me to do this, which is what I found unprofessional! No tracking information was provided during the delay I experienced.
3. I conceded in my review that the information regarding delivery is there on the website if you go digging through the smallprint, but this makes for a very poor customer experience. Any potential customer can take a look for themselves to see how prominent the messaging around "Free delivery over £400!", "Two man delivery team!", "Available in 1-2 weeks!", etc. is, vs finding out the reality of the actual service you can expect.. I shared this as a warning to others.
4. I never received the pine stain, but didn't feel it worthwhile raising yet another complaint with customer services, given how many times I had already had to contact them and how dissatisfactory my experience had been.

Very pleased with the chest of drawers but as a widow I found it difficult unpacking and disposing of excellent protective packaging, not easy at 92.

Quality Furniture
Purchased a whole bedroom range from this company and my experience from the time of placing the order right up-to delivery was excellent, can’t fault them.
Any questions we had was never too much and was answered without hesitation. Their after sales team was also brilliant, Adam and Taz are an asset to the company.

The delivery men were very helpful and helped with taking my furniture upstairs without any questions asked.

They don't care once they have your money. Delivery was delayed, couriers are rude. Lifestyle Furniture really don't give a rats. They try and charge you to cancel due to poor service. Please, please find elsewhere. You will regret buying anything from this firm. I truly do and absolutely won't do it again ever!!! Run while you can.

The holes that house the grub in the knobs on the bottom drawer were drilled too large therefore the knobs could not be tightened,the only way I could make them tighten was to superglue the grub in the knobs,very poor quality inspection

Only reason 4 star is because of technical hitch which meant we didn’t receive an order confirmation and we had to chase up for reassurance after payment.
Otherwise excellent service, delivered as forecast and very good quality product (chest of drawers). Adam was particularly helpful.

The furniture is of good quality. However, when I placed my order I was informed that I should expect delivery up to 4 weeks hence. The order eventually arrived some 8 weeks later. The reasons given would have been known at the time of ordering and should have been explained then. I had made the incorrect assumption that it was being made in the UK and not shipped from China.

The furniture is lovely. It was well packaged to avoid damage. The only criticism is that delivery took longer than expected. We had to contact the company to get an update rather than them advising us.
