Company does not stand behind product. I received two out of two products not working and damanged. Picture and video were sent to show product not working and damaged. I was offered very small refund that did not match the price paid. Company does respond but very slowly. I should have been refunded the entire amount if there stood behind their product. I would not recommend that anyone orders from them,

Received the mini professional hair straightener on March 13th, but it doesn't work.
I received my mini professional hair straightener and I charged it for afew hours because it would not heat up when I first plugged it in. I waited for fifteen minutes and never got hot. Even after the charge,it did not get hot, so basically I have a useless hair straightener.

Company is now gone!! Gone with all my money!!

My order didn’t arrive.

I never received my package.

It was easy to order. It is a little hard to use. I would like to return it for a refund

Everthing was very good but I wish the product was in stock in a US distribution center, as opposed to having it shipped from China

I just received my “ curling iron” but I don’t think I will be using it because it is a straightener. I will be returning it for a full refund.

I've got my stuffed on time, even send them to my relatives across the miles, they recieved it.

I ordered a dress and two shirts from this site. The products were exactly as pictured! The items I received were true to size and of good quality! Shipping is a little slow but the items good as pics! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this site!

Never received any product. Only a refund. Customer service responded quickly once I cntacted them about my order that ended up on back order and I recieved a full refund in a timely fashion.

I ordered a curling iron/flat iron. Took over a month, when it did arrive, it doesn’t work! I contacted them, they said responded with they would not refund it! Pretty much oh well! Don’t waste your time and money!
