Amazing customer service.

I have used this company twice now ordering a set of Kettlebells and the customer service has been outstanding both times. The equipment is top quality, while also being very affordable compared to other places.

Will definitely be using again if I need anything else.

Non-responsive to 3 emails with regards to an order for dumbbells placed on 20th Feb 2023 - still not delivered, nor any communication regarding the delay. This is despite contacting them 3 x for an updated. Have taken payment for the items but haven't sent them. EDIT: did respond after leaving this review, with DPD reference number which showed item missing. One week later further update to confirm half my order out of stock - asked for refund which was processed.

Bought a set of plates. Delivered promptly and the quality is great for the price.

Solid quality on the products, would definitely recommend. Also in the few instances I've had to speak to customer services they have been great and down to earth. Good value for money and great people behind it, what more can you ask for

I found Lifts and Gravy customer service very responsive and helpful. I contacted their customer hotline out- of-hours and received immediate comprehensive and knowledgeable advice.

Ordered a pair of dumbbells from Lifts and Gravy and noticed the delivery method was ‘Collection from us’
This was my error so I tried calling the number on their website a few times and messaging the WhatsApp account (both unsuccessful)
I emailed the Team who at first responded very quickly and resolved my delivery issue by requesting I paid £7.99. All seemed fine at that point as I was told the dumbbells would be with me by Friday.
Friday came and I had not heard anything regarding my order so I had to chase multiple times throughout the day. Eventually I was provided with two DPD tracking links and the dumbbells arrived the Saturday (Day after I was told)

The moral of this story is you need to keep your customers informed with all updates as this is 2023 and people have an abundance of choice when it comes to online shopping.

Great value for money products while keeping a high standard of quality, quick processing and postage (even on a Sunday)

Had an issue with contact initially due to some problems but it was dealt with promptly and rectified. Equipment was received soon after.

Seems like a good local small business so keen to support, will order again!

Having initially not had any correspondence with regards to my order and not able to get a response when making contact, once I did get through Northern couldn’t have been more apologetic and made a real effort to get my order sorted and with me quickly.

Had a few issues with Parcelforce not tracking and processing the delivery correctly, but the support from Northern was excellent and they got the issue resolved.

Love the look and feel of the camo bumper plates now they are with me and look forward to using them!

Great customer service, I ordered the incorrect item and the customer service team were really quick to offer an alternative solution - nothing was too much trouble.

Ordered from these guys just before Christmas, items were delivered in 2 days, super quick. I had quite a few questions / queries and the team on the WhatsApp were brilliant super quick to respond, really helpful.
And now we have and are using the barbell and plates we love them. Great quality & look very smart in our home gym. Very happy and definitely recommend
