Poor imitation of what is on the website

I ordered a dog bed. It arrived in a vacuum pack with instructions on how to put it together - which you can't do within 72h of receipt. Unfortunately in that time the cushions have not changed in any way and are just some cheap material with some small amounts of a product inside that is not cusion like! I have requested a return and hope that this will be honoured.

Poor Quality and false reviews

Ordered the Comfy Orthopedic Dog Bed with Pillow for Calming Support. It's nothing like the pic on the website, thin and flimsy. Overpriced for what you receive and it arrived scrunched up into a tight ball so pretty rubbish all round really. The reviews on the website are false. Won't purchase anything from this company again.

Ceramic water fountain

I bought the ceramic water fountain for my cat. On the first day, she sniffed at it but then walked away. However, on the next day, she loved it and drank eagerly from it. She now uses it a lot, whereas before she didn't drink much from her water bowl. Its very quiet with a gentle lapping sound, which I like too. It looks good and is a real 'water feature'.
Just to be aware, it takes a couple of weeks to be delivered (possibly from an offshore location?).

Great Customer Service

Quick delivery of the ceramic cat water fountain. Good product and a good price. However, my fussy diva didn't like this fountain and I had to return it for a refund. Customer service was efficient and arranged a return and refund promptly without any fuss. I'm very pleased with Lifypet and would recommend this company.
