The guy that owns it is a piece of work.He comes unraveled all the time, saying that he's the owner so he has a right to be an ass. I've had a leak and he does absolutely nothing. He shows up demanding info on other renters, none of my business. Now is telling people he was threatened because I refuse to kiss his ass. All this after looking out for him and his property. Oh, and don't trust him around your children.

Renting a unit for my daughter. First, there was an issue with these scammers. Yes, this company is a bunch of scammers, just like all storage facilities, trying to charge insurance fees that belonged to the previous customers of the unit. The manager argued with me about it until I got her to understand that the dates clearly showed a debt before I even started the contract (duh). Then they automatically signed me up for autopay without my permission, which is illegal per the EFTA and I had to argue this with them! ( Just a note, start demanding places stop storing all your credit/debit cards, it's not necessary, and this is how your identity is stolen). Now they have this brainchild idea to change how you log in, and it is a huge problem. As I said, I rented this for my daughter, and we both make payments ( if she can't, I will). The new login is a cluster***, she can't log in to make a payment because a code goes to my email. I have heart problems, sooo this is just great ( sarcasm) because if I'm in the hospital SHE CAN'T LOGIN... you fricking geniuses! And the best part, when they switched over, the account consistently shows one month behind. I have never missed a payment!

Been a customer for over 3 yrs, poor lighting, mainly dead bulbs never replaced, complained several times, nothing ever happened, overworked customer support team, basically one person, doing everything. changes of rate and fees frequently, without warnings, Is my last month, stay away from them. Horrible customer service, and no corporate number to complain about it, I am glad I am out of there BS. Found a better space much cheaper with someone who cares small locally owned company.

Excellent service from the girls at front desk, I was in and out within 30 minutes, I dropped my monthly bill for similarly storage in $85 for four months, then after, still is going to be cheaper than the one I had with Cubsmart..Also, the place is newer and cleaner, I definitely recomend this place to friends and family.

It was a good experience for me, I called on the phone, everything was handle over the phone, the price was great!! The set price was guaranteed for a whole year, Also everything was already waiting for me at my storage unit once I arrived...

I am thrilled with this spacious and easily accessed new storage facility in West Palm Beach. Glad I was able to move in while initial discounts were offered. It's filling up real fast and at their regular rates were considerably less than I was paying at a lless desirable facility!
