I received a very good service with Instagram messaging. My order was processed very quickly and very satisfied with the products. On the other hand, I prefer the lightmybrick 1.0 I'm a little disappointed that they are discontinued...

The instructions regarding gentle treatment of the cables is contradictory to the reality of bending, twisting, warping, tugging, and otherwise being forceful on the lengths and connections to properly fit them into their assigned slots.

Tools such as heavy-duty tweezers were required due to the extremely tight fit between the base components and the lighting cables.

The instructions regarding cable lengths were unclear when spooling excess length around components of the build, causing needless frustration during installation of the power bar in the uppermost section of the build.

As a positive, the lights offer a warm glow and are well-suited to the build.

This build is for advanced users, even as a refit to a completed tree, as despite being only 3 bags of components, it took approximately 12 hours of build time.

Sometimes the instructions aren't accurate, email them for guidance and they will tell you

this light my Christmas village and really brought it to life. Love how the wires fit between the bricks and disappear. Hoping that they will have more options for some of the older sets in the future.

The fact that you can't use reward points for sale items is awful. You earned those points and redeemed them for discount codes. You should be able to use them for whatever you want to purchase and NOT just on regular price items. LEGO doesn't do that with their loyalty reward system. Points should essentially be just like a gift card.

The light kit I ordered was easy to install and looks great. Will definitely order again.

Though some people might think it is pricier then other options, the quality and how discrete the wires are really makes up for it. No more blocks half sticking out.

Somme wire are to short ( 2-3 inches) not easy but I do it . And the place I connect on battery , not strong enough. And the price a bit too high. The titanic
