Delighted but somewhat concerned

Easy quick online order experience with good updates. Quick delivery but nobody asked for my signature or even let me know there’s a parcel waiting for me - I saw it arrive on the tracking link in my email. Actually, it said I’ve signed for it which is a lie!!! Also, the bulbs were insufficiently well packaged, luckily they were undamaged! Finally, the adapter supplied didn’t work so I had to use my own (thank God I had a spare one). Didn’t actually expect an adapter because the company positions itself in Ireland but is actually based in Germany while the lamp ordered is made in Italy 🤷‍♀️ so I was surprised to find a different plug (not Irish) with an adapter (that didn’t work as I just mentioned). The lamp was easy enough to assemble and is beautiful. Hence the 4 stars

I ordered wrong light ip44 not ip66

I ordered wrong light ip44 not ip66. Tried cancelling it but no mechanism to cancel. Had to wait for wrong product to be delivered and return. Still haven’t got my refund.

We understand that you ordered the IP44 light instead of the IP66 model. Please note that the order was placed correctly according to the items selected at checkout. Cancellations are unfortunately only possible up to a certain stage of the order process.

If you have returned the product to us, the refund will be issued as soon as the lights arrive back with us.

Not delivered on time

Not delivered on time. I'm still waiting for my delivery almost a month later, and they're terrible at replying to emails!
