Beautiful light, exactly as described and per photo. Sturdy base, easy to assemble in all parts and a lovely make. Very happy with purchase.

Just for your information: DPD are throwing all parcels on the ground far away from the customers door or a safe and dry place. If the parcel had not been packed so well it would have been soaking wet and the goods damaged. I have complaint numerous times about this attitude to them but DPD does not care and does not improve!

Ceiling light bought for my son's bedroom - It arrived before expected and the quality is great. It was easy to install as well.

Ordered two mirrors from the website. Received a package that was an outdoor lamp. Rang the customer service and was told to return item and was given a return label. Happy with this as agent advised the right order would be dispatched without delay and any further issues.

Now I've been told that my order which i paid for over a week ago and ordered correctly is being held until they receive the incorrect item back to their warehouse

Totally unfair, i trusted and paid for an order. The mistake is on your side as a company yet you hold my products to ransom and the timelines of the courier service

Great customer service and quality products

This is the second time I buy the lamps for my houses with Lampenwelt GmbH in the Irish version (Lights.ie) and an additional one with Lampara.es (Spanish company)

When it comes to this last Irish order, one of the lamp's shades came broken. When I reached out to the customer support team, they offered basically either a refund (once you send the lamp back to them) or a replacement of the broken one, placing a new order and returning the broken one.

None of them worked for me as either you have to pay in advance for a new lamp or wait a few days/weeks until they received the lamp and then get the refund to buy a new one. So basically you, as a customer, taking care of all the delivery process back to them and/or anticipating money and waiting for a refund. On top of that, I already paid the handyman who hung the lamp so that will mean paying him again. I have to say that It was my fault as I didnt check each and every one of the lamp shades before the installation.

I finally proposed them a half way solution involving buying a smaller lamp from the same collection not to pay too much money in advance and they werent even able to cover for the total amount of the delivery cost, only providing a % discount code that did not fully cover the delivery cost of the new lamp.

Summarizing, It is not easy to deal with them when it comes to return faulty items. As a customer, you are frustrated because of it and you are looking for ways that quickly solve your problem and that, unfortunately, you cant find it with their customer support team.
