Bought a light fitting and after 4days…
Bought a light fitting and after 4days of not hearing anything I emailed them to find out when I’m getting it, and they said I had to pay another 14 pounds, that double the price. It’s run by conmen , and I will not be using them again.

Near expired AXIOM products
Bought the below products the expiry date is not near 10 years as detailed within the product. Sent around 5 queries last 5 days to Neil Kennedy & Louise Kennedy response received claiming products are fit for purpose.
Light Shop Direct are also not taking any calls on "0113 2568342" once product is purchased you are lumbered with the defect stock.
The delivery cost for refund is also passed onto the customer when genuine issue is with Light Shop Direct for shipment of unworthy products.
Beware of the reject stock passed onto the customer. Essentially the products fall short of the future replacement date close to 10 years.
Product 1 - AXIOM - MODEL No. SDH HEAT ALARM - Replacement Date "15/03/2024".
Product 2 - AXIOM - MODEL No. SDM SMOKE ALARM PHOTOELECTRIC TYPE - Replacement Date "01-05-2023".

Ordered 2 items on 6 November ( Order #14158136), and yet they have not even shipped the item, nor have they tried to contact me , or explain the delay
Online shopping is becoming a complicated deal, and therefore always best to leave some feedback , this way the customer can review their risks
