As an extra bonus, the weekly data gives insight into how our new leads are finding our spa which helps us make future marketing decisions.

Liine—an outstanding sales management platform!

After years trying many techniques to improve the efficiency of our front desk, we finally found Liine and they have been great!  We now know weekly how many calls go unanswered or directly to voice mail, and can sort call metrics by team member, location, division, etc. Liine provides a simple, proven method for training front desk staff. Its advanced technology makes it easy to listen in on recorded calls, measure effective techniques, and help staff improve their phone skills. We have online access to a user friendly Liine dashboard, which has enhanced our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with a notable effect on patient satisfaction and revenue. From the start, the team at Liine has been committed to our success and is always ready to go above and beyond to help us improve our phone sales skills. We highly recommend Liine—an outstanding sales management platform!

Liine exceeds my expectations!

My office needed a system to convert calls to sales.Although our advertising group produced many new patient calls, it was wasted effort because my staff failed to close the majority of these new calls. Liine carefully and patiently taught my employees how to respond effectively to new callers without long meandering conversations going nowhere. In addition, after the staff got the hang of it, they continue to learn and maintain their effort because Liine provides weekly data on group results and each employee in particular. Although I hoped we would increase our business with Liine's help, I didn't expect it to be this successful.

Liine has been so helpful for our business. We have used their reporting and their coaching to take our phone operators and patient experience to the next level. The reports have given me the data I have been looking for and are easy to use in a practical way.

Liine has drastically changed our business!

Liine has completely changed our business! Charlie and his entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and supportive. Applying Liine's concepts has dramatically increased our rates of conversion from just a phone call to a client in the door. These concepts are easy to understand and easy to apply. Incredible Tool

Liine has been an awesome tool in our practice. It has brought consistency to our front desk and our conversion rates have increased steadily. The platform has solved one of the most difficult areas in our day-to-day operations and we know our phone calls are being handled properly. I have found immense value in the system (it already has a high ROI given the increase in conversion rates, making our marketing dollars more effective). I highly recommend!

Thoughtful, innovative and creative support team.

The entire team at Liine, especially Charlie, Eric, Brad are terrific to work with. They are innovative thinkers, flexible in approach and thoughtful about every individual account approach. You won't find this kind of personal attention with just any vendor. I would highly recommend them as a valuable resource to your Front Desk and management team.

Liine has helped bring visibility and…

Liine has helped bring visibility and understanding to our incoming call volume with a focus on new patient calls that are unsure about booking with our practice. With their insights we are able to immediately identify patient needs that can be quickly implemented into our process. It has also allowed objective coaching opportunities to develop our team to reach their fullest potential. Liine is also constantly listening to our needs so their product grows aligned with our needs.

Liine has been a game changer for our…

Liine has been a game changer for our business of 13 years. We had no idea what was happening on the phone after a prospective customer would call the office. Now, we have the data to show what is really happening along with tools to help us dramatically increase our new lead conversion. I highly recommend this service to anyone interested in converting calls into actual appointments!
