Love likeskin, have made two orders through them and have very reasonable prices. received tester packets in my first order and it caused me to buy a product, sadly it wasnt of what the tester was but similar by the same brand. speedy delivery as well would recommend

I placed my first order with Likeskin and was really looking forward to trying them out. Unfortunately, they duplicated one of the items in my order and completely left out another product. I’ve reached out multiple times via email and across all their social media platforms, but I haven’t received any response. It's been really frustrating and disappointing.
For a company that prides itself on customer care, the silence is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how you deal with them that matters—and sadly, they’ve completely dropped the ball here. I won’t be ordering from Likeskin again.

Avoid this company at all costs. My items were never delivered and their support team refused to resolve the issue and ignore my emails. They also do not have a phone number so you can't resolve any issues with a real person.

Ordering from this website was very simple, and the prices are so much better than anywhere else I’ve shopped for k beauty products. Plus, they offer a lot of different items I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in the UK.

As for my order, it was processed and shipped very quickly, with easy tracking for peace of mind. Everything arrived exactly as pictured, with the addition of two free samples to try. Overall I would definitely recommend!! :)

Very easy, Fast delivery. I put in a note to safely put in my bin shed if no one is home and they put a cute little note on the parcel for the delivery person. Got the products I wanted and kindly got some extra goodies as well. All in all super cute and lovely and will definitely be purchasing from them again

the worst company I have ever come across not come across a lot. The customer service skills are zero they have no empathy no kindness no remorse for the wrong order for no order and the lack of communication. I placed an order for over £50 firstly they sent me the wrong item. It wasn’t even my order when I emailed them. They had no remorse no empathy no apology for me no form of compensation. I chased them for my refund. I’ll send them 5 emails a day and they completely ignore me. I have seen other people have had bad experiences with them. Please avoid this company. These ladies are a fraud and a fake. They come across nice but they have no charisma. No personality when you watch their lives on TikTok they don’t even reply to you on TikTok so be aware of that because then TikTok can’t man that be aware of this company please do not order from them. They will ignore you on TikTok and ask you to email them on an email address outside of TikTok then you are not covered when your order they send you a box with a random item but not your order so it shows that the delivery has been made so that they don’t have to refund you. The delivery tracking shows that it has been delivered, but what’s inside the box is not your items please be aware they’re very very sneaky. They know what they’re doing and then they will ignore you.

I’ve followed LikeSkin’s journey on instagram for a while but I’ve only recently placed my first order. The website is easy to use, they have a huge range of k-beauty including cult favourites and trending products and they also have a loyalty program! Free delivery, the packing was not wasteful and it included a personalised thank you card and free samples. I don’t know what took me so long to place an order, LikeSkin will now be my go to!
