Please rest assured that the 20% off code is applied to the orders you mentioned. Not 15% off.

We currently offer coupon discounts and automatic discounts. Except for the coupon code to be entered when using the coupon discount. Other discounts are automatically applied. In addition, most discounts cannot be applied at the same time.

Regarding the use of discounts, you can enter your discount code in the "Coupon" field on the checkout page to apply it.

Normally we will send out your order within 3-5 business days.

Please note that due to high demand during certain seasons, there may be occasional delays. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification and can expect to receive your package within 7-15 days.

Regarding your return, we want to clarify that it can take some time for the return information to be processed into our system after the package arrives at the warehouse. While the tracking may show as delivered, our system may not have updated right away.
After checking, we confirm that your return has indeed been received. We will be processing your refund to the original payment method within the next 3-5 business days. You should also receive a refund notification soon.

We regret to hear that the fabric does not meet your expectation. We are collecting feedback from our customers and working on providing more choices of fabrics.

The detailed measurements of different products on our website differ even in the same size.

Please kindly know Size varies from specific items on our website but is not standard US size. Usually, customers need to use the “size chart “ with measurement details to determine their ideal size better.Please be noted that as all the dimensions are measured manually, it is not deemed as wrong if the deviation is 1~3cm.
