First time tryingvthus place, and went through a very rushy so called «spa»-pedikyr without gellac. Supposed to last for 45 min but ended at 30, apparently because my feet were in good shape i was told!! (They are normal) Have no idea why they call it «spa» if the spa is feet-dependent… My three stars is for the massage-chair, but i felt it weren,t worth my money and will chose another place next time.

Facewash manufacturing process is not good. The smell of Lily's facewash is very disgusting

I initially ordered from TikTok shop but the order messed up and cancelled so I emailed Lily Beauty and honestly had the best customer service I have ever received, they were so accommodating. The managed to get the order out to me at the original price I paid and had it delivered by the next day (bearing in mind I placed the order during Black Friday sales so was on sale and needed it for Christmas)
Honestly, Lily Beauty is one the best customer service I have ever received and will definitely be telling friends and family about them and reordering in the future!
Also, the product itself, is AMAZING! I have used it before and this was a gift for someone but it is so good! Definitely recommend
