Excellent support, excellent UI, and excellent performance!

I was worried I'd run out of drive space and I contacted the support if we could work out a special plan with more drive space. Since I was just looking to have some headroom I didn't need much more and Josh form the lilypad team picked up on this quickly and offered to add some headroom FOR FREE which they did literally in seconds.
My expectations of Lilypad's customer support was already high, because of previous experiences, but once again it was exceeded with their superior customer support.

Super easy to set everything up. The staff are super attentive and very helpful. They responded within 5 minutes to any questions that I had even went as far as compensating me for downtimes. Great people, great service! I had the 12gb server and never had any performance issues with a heavy modpack. Great servers, great people! 10/10

Highly recommended to other server owners that want to host good quality server! Lilypad already offers you high-quality servers at the best overall price, in contrast to the server hosting I used in the past.

I genuinely can't think of anything this host is missing. Extremely beginner friendly, has everything an advanced user would need.

Owner helped me restore files after I accidentally deleted server. Super helpful, good pricing, and never lagged even with 6+ people on a heavily modded server.

I'm a little slow when it comes to server related stuff, I don't get it at all you'd be suprised how dumb I actually am on the topic, and yet lilypad just makes it that easy, even with my room temperature iq they locked in and helped me, Josh the goat solved all my problems customer service was top notch, I'm never using another server hosting network EVER, one loyal customer has been made

Great servers and super easy! I've used lily pad a couple times now and it's always a breeze. Lilypads servers run way better than some of the bigger brands shockbyte etc. Very good pricing aswell!

Server set up was a breeze, with multiple guides built into the website. Additionally, when problems did arise (due to my own mistakes, some mods do not like being in servers and while destroy the whole thing) it was incredibly easy to reach out for assistance and have the team identify the mods causing the issues! The final cherry on top that made Lilypad my go to server host? I had mistakenly paid for an additional month and they were able to issue me a refund within the hour. TL;DR, Lilypad is not only dependable, responsive, and friendly, but also incredibly trustworthy, if you need a server host this is the one!

I was looking for a new host after Contabo. Josh was super friendly and helpful, fast at responses. If you're looking for a host, don't wait and just go with Lilypad, you won't regret it. My server (which is over 100gigs of storage space) only takes 30-35 seconds to restart instead of up to 5 minutes like it did with Contabo. I plan on staying with Lilypad for a long time.

Very powerful hardware at a very good price. You will run any server with top performance and the support you get for anything you need is amazing (Josh is an incredible staff member). Besides, they cover you on important stuff other providers might not consider. For example, they give you RAM overhead so you don't have crash issues when using all the RAM purchased.

I always go for honest opinions when I write reviews, because I don't write them very often, as they usually are a waste of time to me. However, Lilypad is the best server host I've ever used, and I've used a lot from Apex, to Exatron, to Serverminer. I've been using Lilypad since 2022-2023. The prices are cheap for the quality of servers they give, customer support is kind and helpful and, while not always available, always willing to support with most hands on things other services won't, the UI and interface is beautiful, and these people clearly care about their craft. Everything works like a charm and I can't recommend anything more than I can Lilypad.

Honestly, from the get go it was very simple to setup. The cost & specs is really what enticed me they offered what other competitors out there could not, despite running my modpack on it which is not a light one it handles everything I throw at it like a champ.
