Servers work beautifully. Was a bit weird trying to setup with curse/mods but once I figured it out it was super easy. CSR's are awesome too.

This is the one you want to go with if you're looking for a Minecraft server host. They have excellent customer service and all their info is easily available on their site. They tell you exactly what kind of system you are renting which from when I was doing research, 90% of hosts don't want to tell you their system specs. I even rented out from another hosting provider and then switched to Lilypad because I unfortunately found them after I rented that server. Switching has been completely worth it. They're super helpful and honest.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, great pricing and well performing servers. I’ve rented a bunch of Minecraft servers over the years from different hosts and my experience with Lilypad has by far been the best. The control panel looks great, is super easy to use and is completely functional. I highly recommend Lilypad.gg to anyone, if you’re a big community or just a group of friends you can’t go wrong.

Not only is it cheap, you're getting more than what you're paying for compared to other websites.

No complaints at all. The server seems to (mostly) keep up with our modpack and the front end is extremely simple and user friendly. Most importantly, we had some serious issues in our world involving backups and messing stuff up, and the customer service rep Josh was absolutely astounding. Like I can’t emphasize enough how refreshing it was to talk to a real human being who was extremely helpful and did all the heavy lifting for us with our problems. Thanks again Josh!

LilyPad is truly phenomenal. Lily is awesome & the best host I've found after MANY years of hosting survival servers. I run 10-15+ players at many times & Lily has best CPU available pretty much = greatest performance. No complaints of lag. Players from all over the world.

They hire less support agents, but that just means better peformance for less money/no overcharging. Hey, I've never opened many support tickets. Personally, I have the knowledge already with experience, learn, or find help elsewhere on configuring plugins, etcetera. I can setup a domain myself. Just buy a month & see how it goes. Stop the search. You've found what I call the best Minecraft host for several reasons.

The ONLY downsides are no server splitting & less support. I don't need or really want either to be honest. Been with Lily for months now & don't plan on going anywhere.

The owner is cool and the team is helpful. They provide some of the best hardware with the cheapest prices. Overall 10/10

Swapped from Bisect to Lilypad with an ATM 9 server, let me tell you the swap was 100% worth it. Fast customer support via Josh and incredible turn around time on importing our server. There has been 0 lag in comparison to 41k ms behind constantly. Would highly recommend a swap.

Hands down one of the best customer support experiences I've ever had in my life. Josh, the top guy at Lilypad, is one of the most understanding, accommodating, and down-to-earth company representatives I've ever had the great pleasure to work with. As for the product itself, it has been beyond phenomenal. My Minecraft server is now running with not even a single drop in TPS nor a rise in ping, virtually unseen with our former provider. They also appear very apt at resolving even the slightest of my queries, are very knowledgeable, and I have no doubt that should issues arise in the future with my server plan, they will be able to provide a satisfactory solution. Not to forget, it all comes at a price that's actually pretty reasonable, unlike competitors.

I highly recommend Lilypad. 10/10, 5 stars, the whole nine yards.
