It works for me
It works for me. I get useful information about my body en how it reacts to the food. So I can take that into account and adjust my food the next time. I only had one month so far but I am allready a fan. ( and lost 2 kg this first month)

Expect 30+ days shipping....
I ordered the product on Feb 22 and emailed the company a few days later after reading the bad reviews about shipping. I was told by Rurik that the delivery problems were settled and that I could expect shipment within 10 days. It is now March 22 and I just got an email that the product will be another 4-5 days to deliver. The response from the company has been anemic and there has been no response to my email requesting help. Sadly the excitement I had over trying this system has been replaced with disappointment and a feeling of being misled. I don't understand how a program that relies on monthly subscriptions cannot sort out delivery problems and get their product delivered well within 30 days.....it goes against everything the program is supposed to do???

Sorry about the delay - we have sorted out the supply and distribution of sensors but have had a huge number of orders coming in which means current shipping is now on average 7 days. Depending on where you are, delivery is then between 2 - 7 days as we are now shipping worldwide.
Your order should have been despatched much earlier, and certainly not a month!! Can you email me please your details and I can double check what the issue was?

If you want to know more about your metabolism, use this!
I found this a great help to figure out the specifics of how my metabolism works. I would recommend giving it a try. I have implemented better choices since I started using it and I’m finding it easier to stick to the changes I’ve made. It’s a great tool to use along with good nutrition.

They never ship, they keep promises
Instead of their promised 5 days, it's already the 13th day and nothing has been shipped. The platform is full of fake promises, if you request a cancellation and refund, they will simply ignore you.

Thanks for your feedback. We do show your level at any time - on your main screen.
However, our use of CGMs is to see changes in your blood glucose levels rather than a measure at any one time - you can have a 'high' line and be flat; or a 'low' line and spike - and for our purposes the flatter line will always generally lead to weight loss.

I ate the same high protein salad every day, but comments would differ, and no explanation.

I'm sorry you were disappointed. The feedback is actually a mixture of AI and also analysts looking at the reactions of your line - and it's this which matters more than what you eat.
In our set up and coaching material we do explain that many factors can influence your line, and not just food. It is entirely possible to eat more or less the same thing but have a different reaction, and this could be caused by the amount you eat, how fast you eat, other external factors such as stress, time of day even.
If you'd like us to look in more detail at your data and provide more help of course we can also do this! If you'd like this, please get in touch with the care team at care@limborevolution.com

Don’t spend your money on this service
I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. I subscribed to this service knowing that I would pay more for a glucose sensor but that was acceptable because you would get “coaching”. The coaching that you get are just one-sentence replies on what you eat. There’s no coaching involved. Commenting on a diet is not coaching. Suggestions would be a small step forward.
Please if you want to use a glucose tracker then order just the glucose tracker at your favorite internet store - there comes an app with that too. It will save you 50-70% of the money compared to the Limbo Revolution.
Maybe if they really do coaching I would come back. In theory I believe this could work as a product but this the current setup they’re just not ready. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I'm sorry that you're not happy with your experience, but respectfully I do have to disagree with what you're saying.
Using your terminology - when you set up with Limbo you get a wealth of suggestions and material and help - whether thats sent directly through to your phone, provided in emails to you, or through our private forum where we have extensive sections on understanding Limbo, food, exercise, sleep, impact of cold showers even!
All of this is to help you learn about the impact of food and activities on your body, and understand why some work- and some don't work- for weight loss.
On the coaching, members who tend to lose the most weight enter in 8-10 entries per day, and providing concise feedback in the replies has been shown to be the most effective.
We also provide a series of live sessions for members to help reinforce this.
Both the suggestions and coaching are designed to help you understand why your line may move, and nudge you into better habits.
Finally, nearly all CGM apps are designed for diabetics. The scale is completely different; you can't see small changes in your lines, and there's no content specifically based for weight loss.
On one thing I agree - if all you want is to see and measure your blood glucose then just go and buy a CGM. But we've been working extremely hard on all the support we give to members and I just don't recognise the description of what you're saying.
One thing, it may be that you used Limbo a while ago. If that's the case, and would like to try it again to see if what I've written is true, then please let me know. I'd be happy to arrange a free month for you to see what we do for members.

Overall - Well worth it
It was difficult enough at the start and the prompts through the App were annoying at times. However, nearly 8 months down the road, over two stone lighter and feeling healthier I’m pleased that I have adopted new habits and approach to planning my low carb, high protein and fibre meals.

Limbo Lifestyle Changes for Good 👍🏻
Limbo worked for me. Signed up for one month and found it easy to make adjustments to my diet. From initial 87kg lost 6kg in that month. No longer using Limbo but continuing to eat those foods that suit and walking after meals etc. and still keeping up those habits learned from Limbo is helping me to work my way to 75kg. Great system that delivers on its promises. Takes a bit of discipline to master your habits. Well worth giving it a try.

Not a lot of help when I first got…
Not a lot of help when I first got started esp when my first sensor did not work. More importantly I have asked how and where I put my bi weekly weight but nobody has answered.
Lots of comment on what I eat , all negative , you should offer alternatives to my choices

Freestyle Libre is a better option
I had quite a poor experience with Limbo despite being very excited to use the sensor and coaching system.
Specifically, I had an issue with my second sensor (manufacturer error) and despite outlining that they would delay my membership renewal to accommodate the error so I can use a replacement- nothing was done despite following up.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that the first package you receive, is not a welcome package with any instructional material about Limbo. Instead it’s a replacement box that you would receive after your first sensors. Feels very impersonal.
Personally, I would get a Freestyle Libre for a fraction of the cost and check-in with your doctor regards your numbers.
Regardless weight loss, my weight did trend downwards while on the app. Nothing significant but the manual process of adding your meals is helpful to regulate and observe your eating habits.
Overall, is it worth the price? No - a freestyle libre coupled with tracking your food would be just as useful

On sensor issues, I'm sorry that nothing was done and I can fix this. You should get the time that you pay for and for this I apologise the team didn't come back. I'll email you separately on this.
On the packaging - everything is done digitally - you will have received both whatsapp and email instructions about how to get set up, and of course invites to the private forum with extensive help and instructions and support. But thank you for sharing what you thought about the feel of the packaging and we'll look into this.
On getting sensors for a fraction of the cost - our cheapest membership is around $99 per month which is not that much more expensive than buying sensors.
In any case, what we've found is that the app, with constant feedback on your actions, as well as suggestions to improve, overwhelmingly works well for people looking at weight loss. Of course, our opinion - but going to see a doctor once in a while and looking at your numbers maybe wouldn't develop the habits we have seen develop in members.
But thanks for leaving feedback , we do listen.

Valuable tool
I am prediabetic - wearing a glucose monitor is really important to me as a reminder not to eat (or even to eat in moderation) my naughty foods. I hate seeing spikes, particularly one that hits the red zone. It’s a game for me, and it suits my personality.
