I bought a pair of Harmony Classic Tap…
I bought a pair of Harmony Classic Tap Handles + Shrouds about 3 days ago and these arrived yesterday.
I am very impressed with these, as they are quite heavy and not the usual flimsy material. I was also very impressed with the shrouds as these are solid metal and not the chromed plastic type I have purchased elsewhere.
The tap handles were bought to replace a set of jaded handles on the bathroom basin, and I was so impressed with them that I have now ordered another set to replace the bath tap handles.
The delivery was also very quick.

Non receipt of items, refund refused
As of 7 days from ordering, still nothing received, no items, no tracking number not even a postage receipt.
For £4,95 postage tracking should be provided.
Customer services became quite rude when asked about tracking information, refused to refund after repeated requests both on phone and via email. Their Response was
‘Wait a couple more days’

Dear Mr Wilby, you placed your order on January 7th and we despatched your products the same day via Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel post. Unfortunately, Royal Mail do not provide tracking information for this service, and they state it should take 3-5 working days to reach you. Our email correspondence to you explained this and we asked for you to wait a couple more days until the 5 days passed before we can either issue a refund or send you a replacement. We understand your discontent with the delay and, whilst we maintained a professional manner in trying to resolve this for you, you were aggressive to our sales staff over the phone. This behaviour was unacceptable, and all further correspondence was continued by email. Please let us know if the product does not arrive today and we can issue you with a refund.
EDIT: As you still hadn't received your item from Royal Mail, we refunded you the full amount of your order.

Great service, fast delivery and good value, and they supplied a spare part that my local bathroom supplies shop assured me was unobtainable! Very pleased, will use company again.

Amazing service: tap handle broken over Xmas and the only place I could source a replacement for 60mm fittings was here. Delivered promptly and handle is better quality than the original one. Super happy!
