Very cheap fabric and NO returns

Yes, the shipping took longer than expected which would be fine if the quality was even ok. The material is a step away from a cheap shower curtain. It's a plastic product and would be used as a lining fabric. No returns as they are in China. Please don't waste your money.

Delivery took around two weeks which felt a bit lengthy but acceptable considering the affordable price. Quality is decent—not premium yet comfortable enough for regular wear. Design looks stylish and fits well; overall a good option if seeking something budget-friendly and practical.

Really liked the cardigans understated…

Really liked the cardigans understated yet versatile design. Quality feels pretty decent with comfortable fabric and clean stitching. Nicely packaged, no issues upon arrival, though shipping took around two weeks, slightly longer than hoped—but overall satisfied with this purchase.

Don’t Bother Buying.

I ordered the Arcane hoodie, it was meant to be faux-fur lined, slightly weighted. It is advertised as a sensory friendly items to help relieve anxiety. It’s a total scam, it is cheap material, not lined, not weighted. Customer care told me I got what I ordered but it is incorrect, I sent them pictures and they still told me I was wrong. They told me to get a refund I needed to send it back to the factory in China.

No refunds for their flawed sizing information.…

I purchased a dress on the website using their sizing chart. The dress arrived far too big and the hmm puddled on the floor by 2 inches. I contacted the customer service. They refused to do a return because I ordered the wrong size-from their size chart. They offered me $5 of the $67 I spent on the dress as compensation. Then upped it to $7 when I balked. Please don’t give this company your money.

I am French but i will write in English so thrt a lot of people will understand how BAD this company is!

As a lot of girl, i surf on instagram and facebook and click on adds to shop clothes online.
I was attracted by thoses 2 perfects shaped jumpsuits half zipped to put when i trained in sport.
I paid nearly 80 dollards to receive them in size S.
Please note that i am a real size S ( 36 in French) and prefectly shaped that there is always no need for me to try a cloth before buying it!)
i received 2 jumpsuit TOTALY ZIPPED and size S was very very big...SO i received the wrong products ( not the one on the pictures of the website)

I awas so happy when in my order, i found a card to send my claims and ask for a refund and a label to send back my wrong products.
I sent them a mail.
here are the answer of all my mails:
The first answer was ( i copy and paste their answer:"We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
we would like to offer compensation of 8 US dollars
Will that be acceptable?"
2d mail's answer: "We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high.
Is this possible that we increase the compensation to 10 US dollars? "

3d mail: "We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Hope you can consider this compensation
We are so sorry about your unpleasant experience
and we will report this to our related department and urge them to improve.
Hope you have a wonderful day."

4th mail: "We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Please don't upset. We really want to help you, but I‘m just a small employee
Within my limited authority, the best solution I can offer is little compensation.
Hope you can accept 12USD"

5th mail :"orry for not being helpful in this issue.
However,I've fought with my superior for a long time
I can refund you $14 as compensation.
Hope that's acceptable
Thanks so much for your understanding. "

i said that i did not aggree to loose 80 $ and i cannot wear those uggly cloths..

Last answer they sent today:
"We are very sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience.
We will improve more actively in the future.
We hope you can accept our apology."
you can not return the product because the warehouse is in China and it will cost a lot of money so they wanted to offer me 10 dollards refund!
I sent them a 2d mail to explain that i want a refund..: they propose me

I am desappointed/ je suis vraiment dégoutée!

Not recommended.

Ordered and paid extra for express shipping (7-12 days) the item took 27 days to arrive and was not here in time for the specific event I needed it for. Prior to this I emailed customer support several times and was given inconsistent information about the reason for delay, plus two entirely different shipping trackers which showed it has not been shipped for over a week after I ordered, plus conflicting details (one tracked from US and one from china) they now say i have to pay ridiculous shipping fees to return or are offering me $6 compensation and keep the item.

Item itself is ok. Nothing special and quality not worth the cost. Avoid this company.
