My 3 order refund amount not credited yet no response from customer service they say wait for quality check but almost 17days gone no money credited yet

Fraud side. I return my shoe they picked that.. And my order will delivered on 7 th sep. Bt till now my order did not delivered they did return my money yet.. Bad app.

My experience is very bad about limeroad.i order two dresses but they gave me one of them.and they mention on the parcel two dresses inside.but I got only one.i have paid for two.when I want to call customer care number.they are not available.it's a fraud site.limeroad are fills with robbers it's not trustable site.

I had got a wrong parcel which I had sent back for replacement. Owing to some miscommunication I thought that I would not get the right one, following which I gave a lot of allegations through this website.
However, I have got the right parcel and it is very beautiful. I am very sorry for hurting this online store. Thank you

Nice experience with Limeroad.
I have purchased More than 50000 worth dresses till now.
When they give offer buy 2get one free we should purchase.
Not tried with cut the price.
It didn't work out for me.
Hasselfree return s immediately deposit and refund money into our account if we return the things.
Overall good experience.

very bad service no prior message confirmation for delivery inquiry, nothing and just come delivery boy didn't contact you, I continuously track my order no previous delivery for today's date but message come to order to reschedule. even though inbox message their number come I contact and there, it's invalid

They will give offer but if we want to claim that time they will cancel the order.they cheating us with some offer.

This is the untrustworthy app ever. Offers are just to gain publicity. Really shame on you LR😡😡. Customer satisfaction is not at all their concern. Never ever trust the 'cut the price', they are just making us fool out of it. They cancels the delivery without any valid reason. Totally disappointed...😤😤😤

Limeroad is untrustworthy shopping app. Never install and go shopping. It's really fooling the customer to make money. Limeroad provide cut the price(my order no:0072689258) , and I go for it but they just cancel without any reason.. Even they don't refund my money. And I order( my order no:0072056539) floral pleated neck top in 4 no. (small size 2 and medium size 2) but in package I got only 1 in medium size. I do about returning process but they cancel without any reason. And I don't recive my money too. And another order(my order no:0072637844)...... They are really really bad and worst shopping app. 😠😠😠😡😡😡

I placed an order #0071151157S1 in mid May 2020 for a headphone. Paid by credit card in full. The item never got delivered. After multiple followup, they sent an email on 2nd Jul that they are unable to deliver and have initiated refund which will take approx 7 days to reflect in my account. I waited for almost a month but didn't get my money back. Then I wrote a mail on 31st Jul asking about details of refund including any transaction reference so that I can cross check with my credit card company. Reply from Mr Gaurav on 1st Aug was completely out of context. He didn't bother about mentioning anything about refund. His 1st Aug mail simply expresses regret about the delay in delivery and asks me to check the order status via a link. The link also showing the status as order confirmed. I tried contacting them on 0124-6683700. Apparently, this number is not operational. I again dropped a mail to Mr Gaurav. No response.

Since mid of May, I am suffering due to their unprofessional callousness. Or, are they simply a fraud?

I recently made a purchase online via your offer 'Cut the price'. I had taken a lot of discount in that and I also placed the order and that order was also confirmed and after some time that order was canceled. I spent a lot of time inviting my friends in it.The experience is always pleasant and I have already recommended you to many of my friends. My friends using this app.I also complained to Limeroad, but they did not return my discounts and my money. So please Refund my discount so that I can place my second order with the same money.
