We have been taking our daughter there for the last year and have seen her grow in so much confidence! The coaches are amazing with the little ones and she loves coming home showing off the new moves she has learned. They are extremely knowledgeable, and make you feel so welcome.

We also had her 6th Birthday Party there recently. The team had organised such an incredible party. Im not sure how, but they managed to keep about 13 x 6 year old entertained for 2 hours 😊 a very active party but the kids loved it, full of friendly competition & team building. The sword cake cutting especially went down well. Huge credit to Sohail and Ralph for making it a really special day.

Superb facility. Coaches are very good communicators, highly skilled. Students learn well and enjoy each class. Older students are taught to teach and mentored well

Have been bringing my son here for a few months now and its great how he is developing physically and mentally, learning how to protect himself. The whole team is so friendly and care about developing people of all backgrounds and fitness. Great value for money too. Very highly recommended
