I strongly advise anyone considering Lincoln Digital Marketers to look elsewhere. I hired them for a very specific SEO fix and spent over an hour on the phone explaining exactly what I needed. They claimed they could handle it just to get me to sign up, but the moment I paid, they did the exact opposite.
The Damage:
Destroyed Custom Work: I had a custom 3-image display on multiple pages that I paid another company a lot of money to develop. Instead of fixing the two pages I requested, they completely wiped out the display across my entire site.
Technical Errors: They messed up image sizing throughout the website, making it look unprofessional and broken.
SEO Sabotage: My backlink profile is now "toxic." My web presence is significantly worse now than it was before I hired them.
The Experience:
They strung me along for six months, lying about their progress and ignoring my specific concerns. It is clear they do not care about the health of your business; they only care about the sale.
I am now out the money I paid them, plus I have to spend an additional $2,000 to hire a professional to fix the damage they caused. This company is dishonest, incompetent, and completely unresponsive once they have your money. Do not trust them with your website.

All services outlined in our agreement—including keyword optimization, content creation, technical SEO, and link building—were completed on schedule and consistently shared with you via Basecamp. These deliverables were not only visible throughout the project but were also acknowledged and approved by you at multiple stages.
Regarding the issues you mentioned, including the removal of custom image displays and changes to your site’s structure, our records clearly show that these were the result of direct backend modifications made from your side during the project. These changes impacted the SEO framework and visual elements that had already been implemented by our team. Despite this, we went beyond our agreed scope to restore, re-optimize, and stabilize your website—without any additional charges.
It’s also important to note that SEO results, including image indexing and SERP behavior, depend heavily on search engine processes and can take time to stabilize—something that was communicated throughout the project.
We have documented communication where the quality of work, reports, and progress were acknowledged by you, including confirmations that the website was restored and functioning correctly. The claim that no work was done or that your website was “ruined” is not supported by the documented timeline, deliverables, or your own prior acknowledgments.
While we respect your right to share your experience, making misleading claims that contradict documented evidence can unfairly harm a business. We believe this review does not accurately reflect the work delivered and appears to misrepresent the situation.
