Out of all the vape shops i have been to this is by far the best !! The ladies at the shop are amazing nothing is to much trouble always willing to help. They will always advise you the best way not always most expensive way which leaves you satisfied I totally recommend them

I never use this website before I order the tank from them. It's a tank. I already know the shipping was great. However, when I received the tank and I put the bubble glass on it, it was leaking a lot and I noticed that there was a crack in the glass. So a message them and said look you know there was crack in the glass. I didn't see it. Could you send me a replacement bubble glass? in the meantime I already had a tank that it died with a bubble tank for the same tank so I put that on 24 hours later. That one cracked that been on the other tank for 10 months with no problem for this. I have not had any correspondence now it's probably more to do with the fact that it's glass and they've just gone. Yeah mate you over tightened it but clearly not given that two of cracked and one of them came off a tank that had been using for 10 months that been knocked over. It's been on a camping holiday for a week. It's been to work and back and all over and you know just treated it everyday normal and yet it didn't crack and yet within 24 hours of being on this tank it to be faster than I haven't told them about the second glass but then they haven't reached out. So why would I if someone had reached out I could have mentioned it? Or by the way, it's cracked another one and then we could have a discussion about whether to return the tank or not. To be honest I think it's summer to do with the way the o-rings have been putting. I think the actual glasses touching the metal body which is what's causing the crack take clearly because bubble glasses thinner that's so far the straight tank has been fine if annoying
